โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างหน่วย รพศ.5 พัน โดยการก่อสร้างคลัง สป.2-4 พ13-3 น ในพื้นที่ค่ายขุนเณร ตำบลดอนแก้ว อำเภอแม่ริม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การปรับพื้นที่ให้มีความเหมาะสมและสอดคล้องกับสภาพภูมิประเทศ การก่อสร้างอาคารคลังตามแบบที่กำหนด การติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้าและประปาภายนอกอาคาร (การไฟฟ้าฯ ดำเนินการ) รวมถึงการควบคุมงานก่อสร้างให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของกรมยุทธโยธาทหารบก โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อให้การก่อสร้างแล้วเสร็จตามงบประมาณและระยะเวลาที่กำหนด โดยมีหน่วยงานรับผิดชอบในการดำเนินการก่อสร้างและควบคุมงานก่อสร้างตามที่ระบุในเอกสาร

This project aims to strengthen the 5th Medical Support Regiment by constructing a supply depot (type 2-4, specification P13-3 N) at Khun Nen Camp, Don Kaeo Subdistrict, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai Province. The scope of work includes site preparation to align with the terrain, construction of the depot according to the specified design, installation of external electrical and water systems (to be carried out by the Electricity Authority), and construction supervision to adhere to the standards of the Royal Thai Army Engineer Department.
