โครงการจัดซื้อชุดการเรียนการสอนการฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาลอนามัยชุมชนและสิ่งแวดล้อม แขวงลาดยาว เขตจตุจักร กรุงเทพมหานคร จํานวน 1 ชุด ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาอุปกรณ์การเรียนการสอนที่ทันสมัยและเพียงพอต่อการฝึกทักษะการพยาบาลในระดับปฐมภูมิ ชุมชน และสิ่งแวดล้อม ซึ่งเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของนิสิตพยาบาลตามหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ปี 2568 โครงการนี้มีความจำเป็นเนื่องจากคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ยังขาดแคลนอุปกรณ์ที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้เชิงปฏิบัติ (Practice-based learning) และการเรียนรู้จากสถานการณ์จำลอง (Simulation-based learning) ที่มีความสมจริง ซึ่งจะช่วยให้นิสิตสามารถฝึกทักษะการประเมินสุขภาพ การวินิจฉัยโรคเบื้องต้น การดูแลผู้ป่วยในชุมชน และการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ชุดอุปกรณ์ที่จัดซื้อประกอบด้วยเครื่องมือวัดความดันโลหิต (แบบดิจิทัลและแบบแมนนวล) เครื่องตรวจหู (Otoscope) เครื่องตรวจตา (Ophthalmoscope) หุ่นฝึกการดูแลแผลกดทับ ชุดผิวหนังฝึกการผ่าตัด หุ่นฝึกการฉีดยาชา และเครื่องวัดออกซิเจนปลายนิ้ว รวมถึงเครื่องวัดระดับน้ำตาลในเลือด ทั้งหมดนี้ต้องมีคุณภาพสูง ใช้งานง่าย ปลอดภัย และมีการรับประกันคุณภาพ 1 ปี พร้อมการอบรมหลังส่งมอบภายใน 30 วัน โครงการนี้มีงบประมาณรวม 782,100 บาท ซึ่งเบิกจ่ายจากงบประมาณแผ่นดิน ปี 2569 และกำหนดส่งมอบภายใน 120 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา พร้อมค่าปรับร้อยละ 0.20 ต่อวันหากส่งมอบล่าช้า

This project aims to procure a comprehensive set of teaching and training equipment for community health and environmental nursing practice laboratories in Lad Yao, Chatuchak, Bangkok, consisting of 1 set. The equipment includes modern medical devices such as digital and manual blood pressure monitors, otoscopes, ophthalmoscopes, wound care training mannequins, surgical skin simulation kits, injection training models, fingertip pulse oximeters, and blood glucose meters. The procurement supports the 2025 nursing curriculum, enhancing students’ practical skills in primary care, community health, and environmental management. The project addresses the current shortage of simulation-based learning tools in the Faculty of Nursing, Kasetsart University, to ensure students can effectively practice clinical assessment, diagnosis, community care, and environmental management. All equipment must meet high standards, be user-friendly, safe, and include a 1-year warranty with post-delivery training within 30 days. The total budget is 782,100 THB, sourced from the 2025 government budget, with delivery within 120 days from contract signing and a 0.20% daily penalty for late delivery.
