โครงการก่อสร้างอาคารที่ทำการไปรษณีย์ไทย สาขาบ้านบึง มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนาและปรับปรุงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านการบริการไปรษณีย์ให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น โดยมีขอบเขตงานที่สำคัญคือ การก่อสร้างอาคารคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก 2 ชั้น ขนาดพื้นที่ใช้สอยประมาณ 1,200 ตารางเมตร ซึ่งรวมถึงการจัดทำแบบก่อสร้าง รายงานการสำรวจ และการขออนุญาตก่อสร้างต่างๆ นอกจากนี้ยังครอบคลุมถึงการติดตั้งระบบสาธารณูปโภคที่จำเป็น เช่น ระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา สุขาภิบาล และการปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์โดยรอบอาคาร โครงการนี้มีกำหนดระยะเวลาการก่อสร้างทั้งสิ้น 360 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามข้อกำหนดและมาตรฐานที่ระบุไว้ในเอกสารประกวดราคาอย่างเคร่งครัด
