กรมโยธาธิการและผังเมืองมีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจ้างก่อสร้างโครงการก่อสร้างเขื่อนป้องกันตลิ่งริมคลองโป่งน้ําร้อน บ้านหนองบอน หมู่ที่ ๑ ตําบลคลองใหญ่ อําเภอโป่งน้ําร้อน จังหวัดจันทบุรี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อลดความเสียหายและป้องกันการพังทลายของพื้นที่ตลิ่งริมแม่น้ํา ซึ่งปัจจุบันประสบปัญหาการกัดเซาะอย่างรุนแรง โครงการนี้จะดำเนินการก่อสร้างเขื่อนป้องกันตลิ่งในความยาวรวม ๒,๐๕๓ เมตร ด้วยวงเงินงบประมาณ 900,000,000 บาท การก่อสร้างนี้จะช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาความเดือดร้อนของประชาชนในพื้นที่ได้อย่างครอบคลุมตลอดแนว และป้องกันการกัดเซาะตามที่องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นร้องขอ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนดในเอกสารประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งต้องเป็นผู้ประกอบการที่ขึ้นทะเบียนงานก่อสร้าง สาขางานก่อสร้างเขื่อนป้องกันตลิ่งและชายฝั่งกับกรมบัญชีกลาง ไม่น้อยกว่าชั้น ๑ และมีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ระยะเวลาก่อสร้างแล้วเสร็จภายใน ๗๕๐ วัน นับถัดจากวันที่ได้รับหนังสือแจ้งให้เริ่มทำงาน

The Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning intends to contract the construction of a revetment project along the Pong Nam Ron Canal, Nong Bon Village, Moo 1, Khlong Yai Subdistrict, Pong Nam Ron District, Chanthaburi Province. The project’s primary objective is to reduce damage and prevent the collapse of riverbank areas currently experiencing severe erosion. This project will involve the construction of a revetment with a total length of 2,053 meters, with an estimated budget of 900,000,000 Baht. This construction will effectively address the public’s distress throughout the entire protected area and prevent erosion as requested by the local administrative organization. Bidders must meet all specified qualifications in the electronic bidding documents, particularly being registered contractors for revetment and coastal protection works with the Comptroller General’s Department, not below Grade 1, and possessing relevant experience. The construction period is 750 days from the date of the notice to commence work.
