The project aims to develop a central database system and investment data analysis system for state enterprises. The new system will provide quick access to investment data, close monitoring and evaluation of investments, and dissemination of information to relevant agencies and the public.

The scope of work includes studying and analyzing current work processes, developing the architecture and design of the database system, developing a database system and analysis system that supports modern technology, installing and configuring the server system, installing the database and importing data, training personnel, and delivering database system equipment.

The developed system must support display on various devices, have an import system that can verify accuracy, support management of information dissemination, have a usage history recording system, a member and authorization management system, a processing and reporting system, and an analysis and support system.
