โครงการนี้เป็นการประกวดราคาซื้อยาจำนวน 3 รายการ ได้แก่ SIMVASTATIN 20 MG TAB, SIMVASTATIN 40 MG TAB และ SIMVASTATIN 10 MG TAB โดยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อให้โรงพยาบาลพระมงกุฎเกล้าสามารถจัดหาและทดแทนยาที่ใช้ในการบริการผู้ป่วยได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ใช้วงเงินงบประมาณทั้งสิ้น 8,060,000.00 บาท ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามกฎหมายและข้อกำหนดที่ระบุไว้ รวมถึงต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP และมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด การส่งมอบพัสดุจะต้องดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 5 วันทำการนับถัดจากวันลงนามในใบสั่งให้ส่งของ การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคาควบคู่กับเกณฑ์ด้านเทคนิคหรือข้อเสนออื่นๆ โดยกำหนดน้ำหนักคะแนนราคาที่ร้อยละ 30 และน้ำหนักคะแนนด้านเทคนิค/ข้อเสนออื่นๆ ที่ร้อยละ 70 สำหรับยาทุกรายการ อัตราค่าปรับกรณีส่งมอบล่าช้าคิดที่ร้อยละ 0.20 ของราคาต่อวัน

This project is an electronic bidding (e-bidding) process to procure three types of medication: SIMVASTATIN 20 MG TAB, SIMVASTATIN 40 MG TAB, and SIMVASTATIN 10 MG TAB. The objective is to enable Phramongkutklao Hospital to continuously supply and replenish medications for patient services. The total budget allocated for this procurement is 8,060,000.00 Baht. Bidders must meet all specified legal and regulatory qualifications, be registered in the e-GP system, and satisfy the net worth requirements. Delivery of the goods must be completed within 5 working days from the date of signing the purchase order. The selection criteria will be based on a combination of price and technical/other proposals, with a 30% weight for price and a 70% weight for technical/other proposals for all medication items. The penalty for late delivery is set at 0.20% of the item’s price per day.
