แผนงานจ้างเหมานี้มีเป้าหมายหลักเพื่อบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ, อุปกรณ์เครือข่าย และอุปกรณ์พื้นฐานที่ใช้ในการให้บริการ Data Center Room ของ บมจ. อสมท ให้สามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ มีความเสถียร และพร้อมใช้งานอย่างต่อเนื่องตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง โดยแบ่งขอบเขตการให้บริการออกเป็น 2 หมวดหลัก ได้แก่ หมวดที่ 1 แผนงานจ้างเหมาบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ระบบเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ (Network) ซึ่งรวมถึงการดูแลรักษาอุปกรณ์ Switch, Cisco Nexus และ Wireless Controller และหมวดที่ 2 แผนงานจ้างเหมาบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์พื้นฐานการให้บริการของ Data Center Room ซึ่งรวมถึง SmartPass Finger, เครื่องปรับอากาศ Stulz, ระบบดับเพลิง Fike และ Water Sense ผู้ให้บริการจะต้องนำเสนอแผนการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพเครือข่าย (Network Optimization), ให้คำแนะนำในการใช้งาน, ทำการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance), จัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงาน และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างทันท่วงที ทั้งทางโทรศัพท์และ On-Site โดยมีระยะเวลารับประกัน 1 ปี พร้อมให้บริการตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง

This project aims to maintain the IT systems, network equipment, and Data Center Room infrastructure of MCOT PCL, ensuring efficient, stable, and continuous 24/7 operation. The scope is divided into two main categories: 1) Maintenance of computer network equipment (Network), including switches, Cisco Nexus, and Wireless Controllers; and 2) Maintenance of Data Center Room infrastructure, including SmartPass Finger, Stulz air conditioners, Fike fire suppression systems, and Water Sense. The service provider must present a Network Optimization plan, provide usage advice, perform Preventive Maintenance, submit performance reports, and promptly resolve issues via phone and on-site support. The warranty period is 1 year with 24/7 service.
