การนิคมอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (กนอ.) โดยสำนักงานนิคมอุตสาหกรรมมาบตาพุด มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์งานบ้านงานครัว จำนวน 5 รายการ เพื่อใช้ในบ้านพักรับรองสำหรับผู้บริหาร เจ้าหน้าที่ และคณะผู้มาติดต่อราชการ เนื่องจากปัจจุบันครุภัณฑ์บางส่วนมีสภาพชำรุดและไม่เพียงพอต่อการใช้งาน

ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการจัดหาและติดตั้งครุภัณฑ์ใหม่ทั้งหมดสำหรับบ้านพักรับรอง 26 ห้อง ได้แก่ ตู้เสื้อผ้า (26 ตู้), ชุดโต๊ะแต่งตัว (26 ชุด), โต๊ะข้างเตียง (26 ตัว), โต๊ะอาหาร (26 ตัว) และเก้าอี้รับประทานอาหาร (52 ตัว) โดยเน้นวัสดุที่มีคุณภาพ เช่น ไม้ Particle Board เคลือบ Melamine Resin Film เกรด E1 และไม้ยางพารา เพื่อความทนทานและสวยงาม

โครงการนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณรวม 1,638,000 บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม) โดยใช้เกณฑ์ราคา (Price Threshold) ในการพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ชนะการเสนอราคา ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด และต้องส่งมอบพัสดุพร้อมติดตั้งให้เรียบร้อยภายในระยะเวลา 45 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา พร้อมการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี

The Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT), specifically the Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate office in Rayong, is seeking to procure 5 categories of household and kitchen furniture for its guest houses. The project aims to replace deteriorated furniture in 26 guest rooms (6 semi-detached and 20 row houses) to maintain service standards and corporate image.

The scope of work includes the supply and installation of 26 wardrobes, 26 dressing table sets with stools, 26 bedside tables, 26 dining tables, and 52 dining chairs. Technical specifications require high-quality materials such as E1-grade Melamine-coated particle board and rubberwood.

The total budget is 1,638,000 THB (including VAT). The selection will be based on the lowest price criteria. The successful bidder must complete the delivery and installation within 45 days of contract signing and provide a minimum 1-year warranty for all items.
