โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครเชียงใหม่ ซึ่งให้บริการผู้ป่วยจำนวนมากและมีปริมาณผ้าเปื้อนสูงถึงประมาณ 18,000 กิโลกรัมต่อวัน และอบผ้าประมาณ 13,000 กิโลกรัมต่อวัน มีความจำเป็นเร่งด่วนในการจัดซื้อเครื่องอบผ้าอัตโนมัติขนาดความจุไม่น้อยกว่า 225 ปอนด์ จำนวน 1 เครื่อง เพื่อทดแทนเครื่องเดิมที่มีอายุการใช้งานยาวนานถึง 18 ปี ซึ่งเริ่มชำรุดและมีค่าซ่อมบำรุงสูง วัตถุประสงค์หลักของโครงการคือเพื่อพัฒนาศูนย์กลางการบริการผ้าให้มีมาตรฐาน เพิ่มขีดความสามารถและประสิทธิภาพในกระบวนการอบผ้า รวมถึงปรับปรุงงานบริการผ้าให้มีความเป็นสัดส่วนและได้มาตรฐานสากล

ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องจัดหาและส่งมอบเครื่องอบผ้าอัตโนมัติที่ใช้ความร้อนจากไอน้ำ พร้อมดำเนินการติดตั้งในพื้นที่ที่โรงพยาบาลกำหนด รวมถึงการเชื่อมต่อระบบไอน้ำ ท่อระบายอากาศ และติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าที่จำเป็น เช่น Circuit Breaker และ Voltage/Phase Unbalance Protection นอกจากนี้ ผู้ขายจะต้องทำการทดสอบการทำงานของอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมด ฝึกอบรมการใช้งานให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ และจัดเตรียมคู่มือการใช้งานและบำรุงรักษาอย่างละ 2 ชุด เครื่องที่ส่งมอบต้องเป็นของใหม่และมีคุณภาพตามคุณลักษณะทางเทคนิคที่กำหนด เช่น ระบบควบคุม Microprocessor, แผงควบคุม Color Touch Screen ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 7 นิ้ว, ตะกร้าผ้า Stainless Steel เกรด 304 และระบบขับเคลื่อนที่แข็งแรง

ผู้ขายมีหน้าที่รับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของเครื่องไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี โดยจะต้องเข้ามาตรวจเช็คและบำรุงรักษา 4 ครั้งต่อปี ตลอดระยะเวลารับประกัน และหากเครื่องชำรุดต้องเข้าซ่อมแซมภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง และแก้ไขให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 7 วัน หากไม่สามารถซ่อมได้ 2 ครั้ง ต้องเปลี่ยนชิ้นส่วนใหม่โดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่าย ผู้ขายต้องรับรองการสำรองอะไหล่ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี และเสนอราคาบำรุงรักษาหลังหมดระยะประกันด้วย วงเงินงบประมาณสำหรับโครงการนี้คือ 2,000,000 บาท และมีระยะเวลาส่งมอบ 90 วัน

Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital, which serves a large number of patients and handles approximately 18,000 kg of soiled laundry and dries about 13,000 kg of laundry daily, urgently needs to procure one automatic dryer with a capacity of not less than 225 pounds. This is to replace an existing machine that is 18 years old, deteriorating, and incurring high repair costs. The main objectives of the project are to develop a standardized laundry service center, enhance the capability and efficiency of the drying process, and improve laundry services to be well-organized and meet international standards.

The bidder must supply and deliver an automatic steam-heated dryer, install it in the hospital’s designated area, including connecting steam systems, ventilation ducts, and installing necessary electrical equipment such as circuit breakers and voltage/phase unbalance protection. Additionally, the seller must test all equipment, train staff on its operation, and provide two sets each of user and maintenance manuals. The delivered machine must be new and meet specified technical characteristics, such as a Microprocessor control system, a Color Touch Screen control panel of at least 7 inches, a Stainless Steel Grade 304 laundry basket, and a robust drive system.

The seller is responsible for a warranty period of not less than 3 years, including 4 annual inspections and maintenance services during this period. If the machine breaks down, the seller must respond within 24 hours and complete repairs within 7 days. If repairs fail twice, new parts must be replaced free of charge. The seller must guarantee spare parts availability for at least 5 years and provide a quote for post-warranty maintenance. The project budget is 2,000,000 Baht, with a delivery period of 90 days.
