โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเผยแพร่และประชาสัมพันธ์แพลตฟอร์มการดูแลสุขภาพด้วยการแพทย์แผนไทยและสมุนไพรอัจฉริยะให้แก่ประชาชน, ผู้ประกอบอาชีพ, นักวิจัย และผู้ประกอบการ เพื่อส่งเสริมการนำไปใช้ประโยชน์อย่างยั่งยืน โดยการจ้างผลิตสื่อโฆษณาทางโทรทัศน์ในรูปแบบสปอตเชิงละครที่มีบทสนทนาและตัวแสดงที่มีชื่อเสียงเป็นที่รู้จักอย่างกว้างขวาง ความยาวไม่น้อยกว่า 1 นาที สื่อโฆษณาจะต้องนำเสนอเนื้อหาที่สร้างสรรค์ น่าสนใจ เข้าใจง่าย และสามารถสร้างการรับรู้และจดจำได้ดี นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการจัดกิจกรรมประชาสัมพันธ์แบบ On Ground เช่น การจัดงานแถลงข่าว เพื่อให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับแพลตฟอร์มและส่งเสริมการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพเบื้องต้นด้วยการแพทย์แผนไทยผ่านเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลที่ทันสมัย ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดในการผลิตสื่อและจัดกิจกรรม รวมถึงต้องตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าเนื้อหาที่ใช้ไม่ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์และทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

This project aims to produce and disseminate media to promote the intelligent Thai Traditional Medicine and Herbal Healthcare Platform to the public, professionals, researchers, and entrepreneurs for sustainable use. This includes producing a TV commercial in the form of a drama spot with dialogue and well-known actors, no less than 1 minute long. The advertisement must present creative, interesting, and easy-to-understand content that creates awareness and memorability. Additionally, there will be On Ground promotional activities such as press conferences to provide information about the platform and promote access to basic healthcare services with Thai traditional medicine through modern digital technology. The contractor is responsible for all costs of media production and event organization, and must ensure that the content used does not infringe on copyright and intellectual property.
