โครงการจ้างเหมารายการทดสอบทางห้องปฏิบัติการ (Out Lab) ของสถาบันประสาทวิทยา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาผู้ให้บริการตรวจวิเคราะห์ทางห้องปฏิบัติการภายนอกในรายการที่ห้องปฏิบัติการของสถาบันประสาทวิทยาไม่สามารถดำเนินการตรวจวิเคราะห์ได้เอง จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 380 รายการ โดยมีระยะเวลาการดำเนินงาน 12 เดือน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2569 ถึงวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2570 ภายใต้งบประมาณ 3,983,920 บาท ซึ่งเป็นเงินบำรุงของสถาบันประสาทวิทยา ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2570

ผู้เสนอราคาต้องเป็นห้องปฏิบัติการเทคนิคการแพทย์ที่ได้รับใบอนุญาตประกอบกิจการถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย และผ่านการรับรองมาตรฐานงานเทคนิคการแพทย์และมาตรฐาน ISO 15189 พร้อมทั้งมีระบบสารสนเทศในการสั่งตรวจและรายงานผลออนไลน์ที่สามารถเชื่อมต่อกับระบบ HIS ของสถาบันประสาทวิทยาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ มีระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยข้อมูลผู้ป่วยที่ได้มาตรฐาน และมีบริการรับสิ่งส่งตรวจจากสถาบันฯ อย่างน้อยวันละ 2 รอบโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม การส่งมอบงานและจ่ายเงินจะแบ่งออกเป็น 12 งวดรายเดือนตามผลการให้บริการจริงที่เกิดขึ้นในแต่ละเดือน

This project is for outsourcing laboratory testing services (Out Lab) for the Neurological Institute for a duration of 12 months, from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027. The objective is to outsource clinical laboratory testing for 380 items that cannot be analyzed in-house by the institute. The total budget is 3,983,920 Baht, funded by the Neurological Institute’s maintenance fund for the fiscal year 2027.

The contractor must be a licensed medical technology laboratory certified under ISO 15189 standards. The contractor is required to provide an online ordering and reporting system integrated with the institute’s Hospital Information System (HIS), ensuring high data security standards. Free specimen pickup services must be provided at least twice daily. Deliveries and payments will be processed in 12 monthly installments based on actual services rendered.
