เอกสารประกวดราคาฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสรรหาผู้รับจ้างที่มีศักยภาพในการให้บริการประกอบอาหารปรุงสำเร็จสำหรับผู้ป่วยใน โรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระปิ่นเกล้า กรมแพทย์ทหารเรือ ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2570 โดยมุ่งเน้นให้ผู้รับจ้างสามารถให้บริการอาหารที่ถูกต้องตามหลักโภชนาการ โภชนบำบัด มีความรวดเร็ว ทันเวลา รสชาติอร่อย สะอาด ปลอดภัย และสร้างความประทับใจให้กับผู้ป่วย ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมตั้งแต่การกำหนดเมนู การจัดเตรียมวัตถุดิบ การปรุงประกอบอาหาร การจัดส่งอาหารไปยังหอผู้ป่วย การล้างภาชนะ รวมถึงการบริหารจัดการบุคลากรและวัตถุดิบให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด ผู้รับจ้างต้องมีประสบการณ์ในการให้บริการอาหารแก่โรงพยาบาลอย่างน้อย 5 แห่ง และต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดด้านสุขลักษณะที่ดี (GMP) และมาตรฐานอื่นๆ ที่โรงพยาบาลกำหนด ระยะเวลาสัญญา 1 ปี ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2569 ถึง 30 กันยายน 2570 ด้วยวงเงินงบประมาณ 27,000,000 บาท

Bidders must have experience serving at least 5 hospitals and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other hospital requirements. The contract duration is 1 year, from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, with a budget of 27,000,000 Baht.
