โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดหาผู้ให้บริการเช่าเครื่องตรวจวิเคราะห์ชนิดของเชื้อจุลชีพและหาความไวต่อยาต้านจุลชีพแบบอัตโนมัติ พร้อมชุดทดสอบแบคทีเรียและยีสต์ จำนวนรวม 13,000 แผ่นทดสอบ เพื่อใช้งานในโรงพยาบาลอุทัยธานี จังหวัดอุทัยธานี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความรวดเร็วในการวินิจฉัยเชื้อและตรวจการดื้อยาของผู้ป่วย ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการติดตั้งเครื่องวิเคราะห์ที่มีความจุการ์ดทดสอบไม่น้อยกว่า 50 การ์ด สามารถบ่ม อ่าน และแปลผลได้โดยอัตโนมัติ รองรับการตรวจหาเชื้อแกรมบวก แกรมลบ เชื้อเจริญยาก และยีสต์ รวมถึงการทดสอบความไวต่อยาต้านจุลชีพ (MIC, SIR) โดยมีระบบซอฟต์แวร์ช่วยแปลผลขั้นสูง (AES) ตามมาตรฐานสากล เช่น CLSI หรือ EUCAST

ผู้ให้เช่าต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการติดตั้ง การเชื่อมต่อระบบ LIS การบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (PM) อย่างน้อยปีละ 2 ครั้ง การสนับสนุนการควบคุมคุณภาพ (IQC, EQA) และการสำรองเครื่องกรณีเครื่องชำรุด โดยคิดค่าเช่าเป็นรายเดือนตามจำนวนการใช้งานจริงของแผ่นทดสอบในแต่ละเดือน ตลอดระยะเวลาสัญญา 1 ปี

This project is for the rental of an automated microbial identification (ID) and antimicrobial susceptibility testing (AST) analyzer, along with bacterial and yeast test kits (totaling 13,000 tests) for Uthai Thani Hospital, Uthai Thani Province. The objective is to enhance the efficiency and speed of pathogen identification and drug resistance testing. The scope includes the installation of an automated analyzer with a capacity of at least 50 test cards, capable of automatic inoculation, incubation, reading, and interpretation within 5-8 hours. The system must support identification of Gram-positive, Gram-negative, fastidious bacteria, and yeasts, as well as AST (reporting MIC and SIR) using Advanced Expert System (AES) software compliant with CLSI or EUCAST standards. The lessor is responsible for installation, LIS interfacing, bi-annual preventive maintenance, quality control support (IQC, EQA), and providing backup equipment. Payment will be made monthly based on actual test kit consumption over a 1-year contract period.
