องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเซกา มีความประสงค์จะประกวดราคาจ้างก่อสร้างอาคารอเนกประสงค์ภายใน อบต.เซกา หมู่ที่ 18 บ้านพัฒนาภิบาล ขนาดกว้าง 7 เมตร ยาว 12 เมตร จำนวน 1 หลัง ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อใช้เป็นห้องปฏิบัติงานกองช่าง และเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาอาคารสำนักงานมีพื้นที่ไม่เพียงพอต่อการให้บริการประชาชน วงเงินงบประมาณที่ได้รับจัดสรรคือ 1,302,000 บาท ระยะเวลาก่อสร้าง 150 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีอาชีพรับจ้างงานดังกล่าว มีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 651,000 บาท และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP ของกรมบัญชีกลาง การก่อสร้างแบ่งการจ่ายเงินเป็น 3 งวด โดยงวดแรก 25% เมื่อวางผัง ขุดดินฐานราก และงานคอนกรีตฐานรากถึงคานหลังคาเสร็จสิ้น งวดที่สอง 25% เมื่อติดตั้งโครงหลังคา มุงหลังคา ก่ออิฐ ฉาบปูนเสร็จสิ้น และงวดสุดท้าย 50% เมื่องานระบบสุขาภิบาล ไฟฟ้า ฝ้าเพดาน พื้น ผนัง ประตู หน้าต่าง ทาสี และงานภายนอกอาคารทั้งหมดเสร็จสิ้น การพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ชนะจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคาเป็นสำคัญ ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี และต้องมีช่างฝีมือตามวุฒิบัตร ปวช. ขึ้นไปในสาขาช่างก่อสร้างอย่างน้อย 1 คน

The Seka Subdistrict Administrative Organization (อบต.เซกา) intends to procure the construction of a multi-purpose building within the organization, located at Moo 18, Ban Pattana Phiban. The building will measure 7 meters wide by 12 meters long. This procurement will be conducted via electronic bidding (e-bidding). The objectives are to serve as a workshop for the Public Works Division and to alleviate the shortage of office space when citizens visit for services. The allocated budget is 1,302,000 Baht, with a construction period of 150 days from the contract signing date. Bidders must be legal entities with experience in similar construction projects, possessing a track record of at least 651,000 Baht, and must be registered in the government’s e-GP system. Payment will be made in three installments: 25% upon completion of foundation and initial concrete works, 25% upon completion of roofing, masonry, and plastering, and the final 50% upon completion of all MEP systems, interior finishing, exterior works, and final testing. The selection of the winning bid will be based primarily on price. The contractor must provide a warranty for defects for at least 2 years and employ skilled technicians with a vocational certificate ( ปวช. ) or equivalent in construction, with at least one technician per trade.
