องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชุมพร ดำเนินการโครงการก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (คสล.) สายซอย 3 - ประชาเอื้ออารีย์ ณ หมู่ที่ 7 ตำบลท่าข้าม เชื่อมต่อตำบลท่าแซะ อำเภอท่าแซะ จังหวัดชุมพร เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตและส่งเสริมการคมนาคมในพื้นที่ โครงการนี้มีขอบเขตงานหลักคือการก่อสร้างผิวจราจรคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กที่มีความกว้าง 5.00 เมตร ความยาว 712.00 เมตร และความหนา 0.15 เมตร พร้อมด้วยไหล่ทางหินคลุกกว้างข้างละ 0.50 เมตร ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการขุดรื้อและบดอัดผิวทางลูกรังเดิมให้ได้มาตรฐาน รวมถึงการติดตั้งป้ายโครงการตามที่กำหนด ผู้รับจ้างต้องปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยในการก่อสร้างอย่างเคร่งครัด และต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 50 ของมูลค่าพัสดุทั้งหมด โดยเฉพาะเหล็กภายในประเทศต้องไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 80 ของปริมาณเหล็กที่ต้องใช้ทั้งหมด โครงการนี้มีกำหนดการก่อสร้างประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569

The Chumphon Provincial Administrative Organization is undertaking the “Construction of Soi 3 - Pracha Uea Aree Concrete Road Project.” This project aims to improve transportation infrastructure in Moo 7, Tha Kham Subdistrict, connecting to Tha Sae Subdistrict, Tha Sae District, Chumphon Province. The scope of work includes constructing a concrete road with a pavement width of 5.00 meters, a length of 712.00 meters, and a thickness of 0.15 meters, along with gravel shoulders of 0.50 meters on each side. Contractors are required to adhere to specified technical standards, safety regulations, and utilize at least 50% domestically produced materials, with steel accounting for no less than 80% of the total steel required. The project is scheduled for the fiscal year 2026.
