สํานักงานกองทุนพัฒนาผู้ประกอบการเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม (TED Fund) ได้เล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญในการผลักดันผู้ประกอบการเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมให้สามารถเข้าถึงแหล่งทุน ความรู้ และโจทย์ทางธุรกิจที่แท้จริงจากภาคอุตสาหกรรม จึงได้ริเริ่มโครงการ Industry Innovation Startups Challenge ขึ้น เพื่อเป็นเวทีกลางในการเชื่อมโยงสองภาคส่วนนี้เข้าด้วยกัน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักคือ การสร้างโอกาสให้ผู้ประกอบการ SMEs สตาร์ทอัพได้เข้าถึงโจทย์ทางธุรกิจและนำความสามารถมาแก้ปัญหาให้กับภาคอุตสาหกรรม พร้อมมีโอกาสได้รับการสนับสนุนทุน POC, การแก้ไขปัญหาและพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมผ่านแนวคิด Open Innovation, การส่งเสริมความร่วมมือและการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ระหว่างสตาร์ทอัพและหน่วยงาน, และการยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของผู้ประกอบการอย่างยั่งยืน ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการสรรหาและคัดเลือกผู้ประกอบการภาคอุตสาหกรรมจำนวน ๕ ราย ที่มีโจทย์ปัญหาพร้อมสนับสนุนงบประมาณ, ดำเนินการประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ เช่น Social Media และ Line Official Account, เปิดรับสมัครและคัดเลือกทีมสตาร์ทอัพจำนวน ๓๐ ทีม, ออกแบบและจัดกิจกรรม Startup Challenge ระยะเวลา ๓ วัน ๒ คืน เพื่อให้สตาร์ทอัพได้ทำงานร่วมกับผู้ประกอบการ, เฟ้นหาแนวคิด Solution ที่ดีที่สุด, จัดหาผู้เชี่ยวชาญและเมนเทอร์, คัดเลือกทีม Best of the Group ๑๐ ทีม และ Best of the Best ๓ ทีม พร้อมสนับสนุนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ต้นแบบและมอบรางวัล นอกจากนี้ยังต้องจัดกิจกรรม Workshop ด้าน Tech Commercialization และบันทึกภาพกิจกรรมทั้งหมด โครงการนี้มีระยะเวลาดำเนินงาน ๑๘๐ วัน และมีงบประมาณ ๑,๕๐๐,๐๐๐ บาท

The Technology and Innovation-Based Enterprise Development Fund (TED Fund) aims to connect SMEs and startups with the industrial sector through the “Industry Innovation Startups Challenge” project. This initiative seeks to address industrial challenges by inviting startups to propose innovative solutions, with the potential for financial support and commercialization. The contractor will be responsible for sourcing 5 industrial partners with specific problems and a commitment to co-funding, promoting the project through various channels, recruiting and selecting 30 startup teams, organizing a 3-day, 2-night Startup Challenge event for ideation and solution development, identifying 10 “Best of the Group” teams and 3 “Best of the Best” teams, providing mentorship, supporting prototype development for the top 3 teams with a budget of at least 50,000 Baht each, conducting Tech Commercialization workshops, and documenting all activities. The project duration is 180 days with a budget of 1,500,000 Baht.
