องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ดำเนินโครงการก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กสายซอยสรพงษ์ 2 ณ หมู่ที่ 3 บ้านห้วยไทรงาม ตำบลหนองพลับ อำเภอหัวหิน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในพื้นที่ ผ่านการพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านการคมนาคมให้มีความสะดวก รวดเร็ว ปลอดภัย และมีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น โดยการก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กมีความยาวประมาณ 270 เมตร เริ่มต้นจากจุดพิกัด N 12.55629, E 99.73687 ไปสิ้นสุดที่จุดพิกัด N 12.55599, E 99.73934 ผิวจราจรกว้าง 5.00 เมตร หนา 0.15 เมตร พร้อมไหล่ทางลูกรัง กว้าง 0.50 เมตร ผู้รับจ้างต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับการใช้พัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าพัสดุทั้งหมด และเหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณเหล็กที่ใช้ในสัญญา นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดเตรียมบุคลากรที่มีคุณวุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานก่อสร้าง เพื่อปฏิบัติงาน ณ สถานที่ก่อสร้าง

The Prachuap Khiri Khan Provincial Administrative Organization is undertaking the construction of the Soi Sorpong 2 Reinforced Concrete Road Project, located at Moo 3, Huai Sai Ngam Village, Nong Phlap Subdistrict, Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. The primary objective of this project is to enhance the quality of life for residents by improving transportation infrastructure for greater convenience, speed, and safety. The project involves constructing a 270-meter long reinforced concrete road, starting at coordinates N 12.55629, E 99.73687 and ending at N 12.55599, E 99.73934. The road will have a 5.00-meter wide, 0.15-meter thick concrete surface and 0.50-meter wide gravel shoulders. Contractors are required to comply with additional specifications regarding the use of domestically produced materials (at least 60% of total material value) and domestically produced steel (at least 90% of steel quantity). Furthermore, contractors must provide qualified personnel with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in construction-related fields to work on-site.
