โรงพยาบาลกระบี่มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการเช่าเครื่องตรวจวิเคราะห์อัตโนมัติเพื่อใช้ในการตรวจวิเคราะห์หาระดับสารบ่งชี้ภาวะหัวใจ Cardiac Troponin T แบบ high sensitive ในเลือดผู้ป่วย โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมการเช่าเครื่องตรวจวิเคราะห์จำนวน 1 เครื่อง พร้อมชุดน้ำยาตรวจวิเคราะห์จำนวน 12,300 Test เป็นระยะเวลา 2 ปี วงเงินงบประมาณรวม 2,566,395 บาท เครื่องตรวจวิเคราะห์ต้องมีคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคที่ทันสมัย เช่น ความเร็วในการตรวจไม่น้อยกว่า 100 tests/ชั่วโมง สามารถตรวจแบบ STAT ได้ มีระบบจัดการตัวอย่างและน้ำยาที่มีประสิทธิภาพ รวมถึงการเชื่อมต่อกับระบบ LIS/HIS ของโรงพยาบาล ผู้ให้เช่ามีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการติดตั้ง บำรุงรักษา ซ่อมแซม จัดหาอะไหล่ และอบรมการใช้งานตลอดอายุสัญญา รวมถึงการแก้ไขปัญหาภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงหากเครื่องขัดข้อง การชำระค่าเช่าจะคิดตามปริมาณผลการทดสอบที่สมบูรณ์เป็นรายเดือน โดยใช้เกณฑ์ราคาในการพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอ

Krabi Hospital intends to lease an automated analyzer for detecting cardiac Troponin T (high sensitive) biomarkers in patient blood, along with reagents. This project involves leasing one analyzer unit and 12,300 reagent tests for a duration of 2 years, with an allocated budget of 2,566,395 Baht. The analyzer must possess advanced technical specifications, including a testing speed of at least 100 tests/hour, STAT testing capability, efficient sample and reagent management systems, and seamless integration with the hospital’s LIS/HIS. The lessor is responsible for installation, maintenance, repairs, spare parts, and user training throughout the lease period, including a 24-hour response time for equipment malfunctions. Rental payments will be based on the volume of completed and reported tests on a monthly basis, with price being the sole evaluation criterion.
