กรมส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรม โดยศูนย์ส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรมภาคที่ ๒ ดำเนินโครงการฟื้นฟูธุรกิจและเสริมความแข็งแกร่ง SMEs (Rebuild SMEs) เพื่อช่วยเหลือ SMEs ที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากวิกฤตเศรษฐกิจ “มหาวิกฤตซ้อนวิกฤต” ทั้งจากปัจจัยภายนอกและภายในประเทศ โครงการนี้มีกิจกรรมหลักคือ การวินิจฉัยสถานประกอบการ (Health Check) การให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำเชิงลึกโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และการเชื่อมโยงตลาด โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง กิจกรรม “ReBoost” นี้ มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาและส่งเสริม SMEs ให้มีขีดความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการธุรกิจยุคใหม่ ส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม เพื่อให้สามารถแข่งขันและเติบโตได้ในปัจจุบัน

วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือ เพื่อให้ SMEs มีแผนพัฒนาและฟื้นฟูธุรกิจที่ถูกต้อง สอดคล้องกับสภาพปัญหา และสามารถต่อยอดการพัฒนาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ กลุ่มเป้าหมายคือ SMEs จำนวน 7 กิจการ ในภาคการผลิต ภาคบริการ หรือภาคการค้า ครอบคลุมทุกสาขาอุตสาหกรรม ในพื้นที่จังหวัดพิษณุโลก สุโขทัย ตาก อุตรดิตถ์ และเพชรบูรณ์ ระยะเวลาดำเนินงานทั้งหมด 75 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญาจ้าง ด้วยงบประมาณ 537,600 บาท โครงการนี้จะวัดผลจากจำนวน SMEs ที่ได้รับการพัฒนา ความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการ และร้อยละของ SMEs ที่มีประสิทธิภาพเพิ่มขึ้น

The Department of Industrial Promotion, through the 2nd Regional Industrial Promotion Center, is implementing the “Rebuild SMEs” project to assist SMEs affected by the “crisis upon crisis” economic situation, stemming from both external and internal factors. The project’s core activities include business diagnostics (Health Check), in-depth expert consultation, and market linkage. Specifically, the “ReBoost” activity focuses on developing and promoting SMEs’ capabilities in modern business management, encouraging the adoption of technology and innovation to enhance competitiveness and growth in the current era.

The primary objectives are to equip SMEs with accurate business development and recovery plans aligned with their specific issues, enabling effective business advancement. The target group comprises 7 SMEs from the manufacturing, service, or trade sectors, across all industrial fields, located in Phitsanulok, Sukhothai, Tak, Uttaradit, and Phetchabun provinces. The total project duration is 75 days from the contract signing date, with a budget of 537,600 Baht. Key performance indicators include the number of SMEs developed, user satisfaction, and the percentage increase in SME efficiency.
