องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโผงเผง อำเภอป่าโมก จังหวัดอ่างทอง ได้รับการจัดสรรงบประมาณสำหรับโครงการติดตั้งหอกระจายข่าวแบบไร้สายเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการสื่อสารและประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลข่าวสารของหน่วยงานราชการไปยังประชาชนในพื้นที่ 10 หมู่บ้านของตำบลโผงเผงอย่างทั่วถึงและรวดเร็ว

ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วยการจัดหา อุปกรณ์ทั้งหมด และการติดตั้งระบบกระจายเสียงไร้สายแบบครบวงจร โดยแบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วนหลัก คือ

1. ชุดเครื่องส่งสัญญาณ (แม่ข่าย) จำนวน 1 ชุด สำหรับติดตั้งที่สำนักงาน ประกอบด้วย เครื่องส่งสัญญาณ UHF/FM พร้อมระบบควบคุมทัชสกรีน, UPS สำรองไฟ, ไมโครโฟน, ลำโพงมอนิเตอร์, หูฟัง, โต๊ะปฏิบัติงาน, แผงเสาอากาศ, ตู้ Rack และอุปกรณ์ประกอบครบชุด
2. ชุดภาครับสัญญาณ (ลูกข่าย) จำนวน 20 ชุด สำหรับติดตั้งในพื้นที่หมู่บ้าน ประกอบด้วย เครื่องรับสัญญาณ UHF/FM, เสาอากาศ, ลำโพงฮอร์น, อุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า (มิเตอร์, เต้ารับ, กล่องกันน้ำ), ระบบกราวด์ และค่าดำเนินการติดตั้งครบถ้วนทุกจุด

ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่จัดหาอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดให้ตรงตามคุณลักษณะเฉพาะที่กำหนดอย่างเคร่งครัด ดำเนินการติดตั้งทั้งระบบใน 20 จุด พร้อมเดินสายและติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทดสอบการทำงานของระบบให้สมบูรณ์ และให้การรับประกันคุณภาพอุปกรณ์และระบบตามที่กำหนด

The Phon Pheng Subdistrict Administrative Organization (SAO) in Ang Thong province is bidding for a project to install a wireless public address system across 10 villages within the subdistrict. The project aims to enhance the efficiency of public relations and ensure timely dissemination of government information to the local communities.

The core scope of work involves the complete supply and installation of a two-part wireless broadcasting system:

1. Transmitter Set (Master Station): 1 set to be installed at the SAO office. This includes a UHF/FM transmitter with touchscreen control system, UPS backup power supply, microphone, monitor speaker, headphones, operation desk, antenna panel, equipment rack, and all necessary accessories.
2. Receiver Sets (Remote Stations): 20 sets to be installed in the village areas. Each set includes a UHF/FM receiver, antenna, horn speakers, electrical components (meter, outlet, waterproof enclosure), grounding system, and full installation services for each point.

The contractor is responsible for supplying all equipment in strict compliance with the detailed technical specifications, carrying out complete installation at all 20 points including cabling and electrical work, performing comprehensive system testing, and providing warranty services as specified.
