โครงการนี้เป็นการจ้างเหมาทำการฟื้นฟูทางหลวงหมายเลข 221 ตอน ขุนหาญ - กันทรลักษ์ ในช่วง กม. 86+100 ถึง กม. 86+664 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงสภาพผิวจราจรที่ชำรุดเสียหายให้กลับมาอยู่ในสภาพที่ใช้งานได้ดีและปลอดภัยตามมาตรฐานกรมทางหลวง

ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วยการขุดรื้อวัสดุเดิม (Soft Material Excavation and Replacement) การปรับปรุงชั้นโครงสร้างทางด้วยวิธี Pavement In-place Recycling ความหนา 20 ซม. การทำ Prime Coat และ Tack Coat เพื่อเตรียมผิวทาง ก่อนจะดำเนินการปูผิวทางด้วย Asphalt Concrete Binder Course หนา 5 ซม. และ Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course หนา 5 ซม. นอกจากนี้ยังมีงานตีเส้นจราจร (Thermoplastic Paint) ทั้งสีขาวและสีเหลือง เพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ใช้รถใช้ถนน

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามมาตรฐานงานทางของกรมทางหลวง (Specifications for Highway Materials and Construction 2015 Revision) และมาตรฐานการออกแบบทางหลวงอย่างเคร่งครัด โดยต้องมีการจัดการจราจรระหว่างก่อสร้างเพื่อลดผลกระทบต่อผู้สัญจรในพื้นที่

This project involves the rehabilitation of Highway No. 221, Khun Han - Kantharalak section, from KM 86+100 to KM 86+664. The scope of work includes soft material excavation and replacement, 20 cm thick pavement in-place recycling, prime and tack coating, and the application of a 5 cm thick asphalt concrete binder course followed by a 5 cm thick asphalt concrete wearing course. Additionally, the project requires the application of thermoplastic traffic paint (white and yellow) to ensure road safety. All construction must adhere to the 2015 Revision of the Specifications for Highway Materials and Construction and relevant highway design standards.
