โครงการก่อสร้างท่อระบายน้ำ พร้อมผิวจราจร ค.ส.ล. พัทยาซอย 7 เชื่อม พัทยาซอย 8 ดำเนินการโดยสำนักช่างสุขาภิบาล เมืองพัทยา จังหวัดชลบุรี จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาน้ำท่วมขังและปรับปรุงระบบการคมนาคมขนส่งในเขตชุมชนพัทยาซอย 7 ถึงพัทยาซอย 8 รายละเอียดงานก่อสร้างแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ส่วนหลัก ได้แก่

1. งานระบบระบายน้ำ: การรื้อถอนระบบเดิม การวางท่อระบายน้ำ ค.ส.ล. (มาตรฐาน มอก. 128-2560 ชั้น 3) ขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 0.40 - 0.60 เมตร ความยาวรวมประมาณ 71 ถึง 95 เมตร การสร้างบ่อพัก ค.ส.ล. ไม่น้อยกว่า 7 บ่อ พร้อมติดตั้งฝาเหล็กหล่อคุณภาพ SGI 500 ยึดด้วยน็อต Acme Thread G 3/4" กันการคลายตัวและป้องกันการโจรกรรม รวมถึงการเชื่อมต่อท่อ PVC ขนาด 24 นิ้ว จากบ่อพักใหม่ไปยังบ้านเรือนประชาชนในพื้นที่
2. งานโครงสร้างผิวจราจร: การเตรียมชั้นดินเดิม ชั้นรองพื้นทาง และชั้นพื้นทางหินคลุกบดอัดแน่นไม่น้อยกว่า 95% Modified Proctor Density เทผิวจราจร ค.ส.ล. ความหนาเฉลี่ย 0.15 เมตร กว้างประมาณ 5.50 - 6.00 เมตร รวมพื้นที่ก่อสร้างไม่น้อยกว่า 554 ตารางเมตร ใช้คอนกรีตกำลังอัดไม่น้อยกว่า 320 KSC (Cube) เสริมด้วย Wired Mesh D60
3. งานเครื่องหมายจราจรและงานสัญญลักษณ์: ทาสีตีเส้นจราจรด้วยวัสดุเทอร์โมพลาสติกสะท้อนแสง (มทช. 241-2553) พื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 17 ตารางเมตร จัดทำป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการและป้ายผู้ประสานงาน

นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการย้ายสิ่งสาธารณูปโภคที่กีดขวาง นำเศษดินและฝาบ่อพักเดิมไปทิ้ง ณ โรงบำบัดน้ำเสียเมืองพัทยา และต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศ (Made in Thailand) ไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 และเหล็กในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของมูลค่าวัสดุตามสัญญา

The Construction of Drainage Pipes with Reinforced Concrete Surface Project at Pattaya Soi 7 connecting to Pattaya Soi 8 is designed by the Sanitation Engineering Bureau, Pattaya City, Chonburi Province. The project aims to improve urban drainage capacity and enhance road surface standards. Key scope of work includes installing reinforced concrete drainage pipes (TIS 128-2560 Class 3) ranging from Ø 0.40 to 0.60 meters over a total length of approximately 71 to 95 meters, along with at least 7 reinforced concrete manholes fitted with SGI 500 ductile cast iron covers featuring Acme Thread locking bolts. The road work involves constructing a 0.15-meter thick reinforced concrete pavement with a width of 5.50–6.00 meters, covering an area of no less than 554 square meters, built over a 95% Modified Proctor Density crushed rock base. Additionally, thermoplastic reflective road markings covering at least 17 square meters and temporary project signage must be installed. The contractor is responsible for utility relocations, disposing of excavated soil and old materials at the Pattaya Wastewater Treatment Plant, and complying with local material content requirements (minimum 60% Thai-made products and 90% Thai-made steel).
