โครงการนี้เป็นการซ่อมสร้างผิวทางแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีตโดยใช้วิธี Pavement In-Place Recycling ซึ่งเป็นเทคนิคการปรับปรุงชั้นทางเดิมในพื้นที่ โดยผู้รับจ้างจะต้องส่งแผนปฏิบัติงานเพื่อขออนุมัติภายใน 7 วันหลังลงนามในสัญญา และประสานงานเพื่อเก็บตัวอย่างวัสดุภายใน 15 วันเพื่อนำไปออกแบบส่วนผสมการปรับปรุงชั้นทางเดิมในที่ ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่ทำการขุดซ่อม (Deep Patch) บริเวณโครงสร้างทางเดิมที่ไม่แข็งแรง (Soft Spot) และเสริมหินคลุกปรับระดับหากโครงสร้างทางเสียรูปหรือทรุดตัว ก่อนดำเนินการปรับปรุงชั้นทางเดิมในที่ด้วยเครื่องจักรขุดตัดรื้อชั้นทางเดิมให้ร่วนซุย ผสมกับวัสดุเพิ่ม เช่น ปูนซีเมนต์หรือแอสฟัลต์ แล้วบดทับให้ได้ความแน่นและกำลังรับแรงอัดตามที่กำหนด การทดสอบกำลังรับแรงอัด การทดสอบความแน่นของการบดอัด และการบ่มผิวทางจะต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด รวมถึงการทดสอบซ้ำหากจำเป็น ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการทดสอบ การเปลี่ยนแปลงแบบ และความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นในพื้นที่ก่อสร้าง นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการทำ Prime Coat และการลาดยางแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีต รวมถึงการตีเส้นแบ่งทิศทางจราจรและเส้นขอบทาง

This project aims to repair asphalt concrete road surfaces using the Pavement In-Place Recycling method. This technique involves rehabilitating the existing road layers and reusing the materials. The contractor must submit an operational plan for approval within 7 days of signing the contract and coordinate for material sampling within 15 days for the design of the in-place recycling mix. The contractor is responsible for deep patching of weak road structures (soft spots), adding crushed stone for leveling if the road structure is deformed or subsided, and then rehabilitating the existing road layer using specialized machinery to break up the material, mix it with additives like cement or asphalt, and compact it to achieve the specified density and compressive strength. Compressive strength testing, compaction density testing, and surface curing must adhere to the defined standards, including re-testing if necessary. The contractor will bear all costs for testing, design modifications, and any site damages. The scope also includes applying Prime Coat, asphalt concrete surfacing, and marking traffic lanes and road edges.
