องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโนนหมากเค็ง อำเภอวัฒนานคร จังหวัดสระแก้ว มีความประสงค์จะประกวดราคาซื้อพร้อมติดตั้งชุดเสาไฟถนนโคมไฟแอลอีดีพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์แบบประกอบในชุดเดียวกัน ความสูง ๘ เมตร ขนาด ๖๐ วัตต์ จำนวน ๑๕๖ ชุด เพื่อใช้ในการพัฒนาแหล่งท่องเที่ยว หมู่ที่ ๔ บ้าน สปก.บ้านหนองมะอึ วงเงินงบประมาณ ๙,๙๘๔,๐๐๐.๐๐ บาท ผู้สนใจยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดไว้ในเอกสาร TOR เช่น เป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีอาชีพขายพัสดุ, มีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการตามเกณฑ์ที่ระบุ, และลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP กำหนดเวลาส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน ๓๐ วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา การจ่ายเงินจะดำเนินการเมื่อส่งมอบงานครบถ้วนและตรวจรับเรียบร้อยแล้ว การพิจารณาคัดเลือกจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคาเป็นสำคัญ พร้อมทั้งกำหนดอัตราค่าปรับกรณีส่งมอบล่าช้า และระยะเวลารับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่อง ๒ ปี
