โครงการนี้เป็นการประกวดราคาซื้อครุภัณฑ์คอมพิวเตอร์โดยวิธีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) ของวิทยาลัยการสาธารณสุขสิรินธร จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี ด้วยวงเงินงบประมาณ 3,018,000 บาท เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์หลักในการสนับสนุนและพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น สนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานของนักศึกษา คณาจารย์ และบุคลากร และเพิ่มจำนวนครุภัณฑ์คอมพิวเตอร์ให้เพียงพอต่อการใช้งานและทดแทนเครื่องที่เสื่อมสภาพ ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์คอมพิวเตอร์หลากหลายประเภท ได้แก่ เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับงานประมวลผล (Desktop) ทั้งแบบที่ 2 (จอ 27 นิ้ว) และแบบที่ 1 (จอ 23 นิ้ว), เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ All-in-one, เครื่องโน้ตบุ๊ก, สแกนเนอร์, อุปกรณ์กระจายสัญญาณ (L2 switch), อุปกรณ์กระจายสัญญาณไร้สาย (Access Point), เครื่องพิมพ์ Multifunction, โทรทัศน์ LED Smart TV ขนาด 65 นิ้ว, ชุดโปรแกรมระบบปฏิบัติการสำหรับเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่าย (Server) พร้อมการติดตั้ง Active Directory และการจ้างเหมาติดตั้งระบบเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต ระบบไฟฟ้า และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ รวมถึงการติดตั้ง Access Point และ LED TV ระยะเวลาส่งมอบพัสดุทั้งหมดคือ 90 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา การพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ด้านราคาเป็นสำคัญ โดยมีอัตราค่าปรับร้อยละ 0.20 ต่อวัน และกำหนดระยะเวลารับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่อง 1 ปี

This project is an electronic bidding (e-bidding) procurement for computer equipment by Sirindhorn College of Public Health, Suphan Buri Province, with a budget of 3,018,000 Baht. The main objectives are to support and enhance the efficiency of teaching and learning, support the work of students, faculty, and staff, and increase the quantity of computer equipment to meet usage needs and replace worn-out items. The scope of work includes the procurement of various types of computer equipment: Desktop computers (Type 2 with 27-inch monitor and Type 1 with 23-inch monitor), All-in-one computers, Notebook computers, Scanners, Network switches (L2 switch), Wireless Access Points, Multifunction printers, 65-inch LED Smart TVs, Server operating system software with Active Directory installation, and contracted services for installing internet network systems, electrical systems, and related equipment, including Access Points and LED TVs. The delivery period is 90 days from the contract signing date. The selection of the winning bidder will be based on price. The penalty for late delivery is 0.20% per day, and a warranty period of 1 year is required.
