ราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์มีความประสงค์จะจัดจ้างเหมาบริการบำรุงรักษาระบบบำบัดน้ำเสีย ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2570 เพื่อดูแลรักษาระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียรวมทั้งหมด 5 แห่งภายในพื้นที่ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยอาคารสำนักงาน อาคารหอพัก และอาคารวิจัย โดยระบบบำบัดมีทั้งรูปแบบระบบตะกอนเร่ง (Activated Sludge: AS), ระบบถังปฏิกรณ์ชีวภาพแบบเป็นรอบ (Sequencing Batch Reactor: SBR) และระบบถังบำบัดน้ำเสียสำเร็จรูป

วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือการรักษาประสิทธิภาพของระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียให้ทำงานได้สูงสุด ลดความเสี่ยงจากการชำรุดของเครื่องจักร และที่สำคัญที่สุดคือการควบคุมคุณภาพน้ำทิ้งให้ผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐานตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์หลัก เช่น เครื่องสูบน้ำแบบจุ่ม (Submersible Pump), เครื่องเติมอากาศ (Air Blower/Aerator), ระบบเติมคลอรีน และการวิเคราะห์คุณภาพน้ำหน้างาน ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหาบุคลากรที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญ มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรม และผ่านการอบรมด้านความปลอดภัยในที่อับอากาศ เพื่อเข้าดำเนินการตามแผนงานที่กำหนดอย่างเคร่งครัด
