การไฟฟ้านครหลวง (MEA) ได้ดำเนินการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อจัดหา ADSS-FR Optical Fiber Cable 6 Fibers จำนวน 120,000 เมตร โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาสายเคเบิลใยแก้วนำแสงคุณภาพสูงมาสนับสนุนงานก่อสร้างและปรับปรุงสาธารณูปโภคต่างๆ ของการไฟฟ้านครหลวง เช่น งานก่อสร้างสะพานลอย ขยายถนน รถไฟฟ้า อุโมงค์ลอดใต้ถนน และการจัดระเบียบสายสื่อสาร เพื่อป้องกันความเสียหายที่อาจเกิดขึ้นต่อระบบสื่อสารขององค์กร สายเคเบิลที่จัดซื้อต้องเป็นชนิด All Dielectric Self Support with Flame Retardant compound jacket (ADSS-FR) แบบ 6 คอร์ ชนิด Single Mode ที่มีคุณสมบัติตามมาตรฐาน TIS.2166-2548 และข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคที่ระบุไว้อย่างครบถ้วน รวมถึงต้องเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ยังอยู่ในสายการผลิต เป็นของใหม่ ไม่เคยใช้งานมาก่อน และมีหนังสือรับรองจากผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายในประเทศไทย การส่งมอบจะดำเนินการภายใน 30 วันนับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา ณ สถานที่ที่การไฟฟ้านครหลวงกำหนด ผู้สนใจจะต้องยื่นข้อเสนอและเอกสารประกอบการพิจารณาผ่านระบบ e-GP ของกรมบัญชีกลาง โดยจะพิจารณาตัดสินจากราคาที่เสนอเป็นหลัก

Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) is procuring ADSS-FR Optical Fiber Cable 6 Fibers, totaling 120,000 meters, through an electronic bidding process. The objective is to acquire high-quality optical fiber cables to support various infrastructure construction and improvement projects, such as elevated roads, road expansions, electric train lines, underpasses, and telecommunication cable organization, thereby preventing damage to MEA’s communication systems. The cables must be of the All Dielectric Self Support with Flame Retardant compound jacket (ADSS-FR) type, 6-core, Single Mode, complying with TIS.2166-2548 standards and detailed technical specifications. The offered products must be new, currently in production, never used, and accompanied by a manufacturer’s or authorized distributor’s certificate in Thailand. Delivery is to be completed within 30 days from the contract signing date at MEA-designated locations. Interested bidders must submit their proposals and supporting documents via the Comptroller General’s Department’s e-GP system. The evaluation will be based primarily on the proposed price.
