โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างรางระบายน้ํา ค.ส.ล.รูปตัวยู ขนาดกว้าง 0.30 เมตร ลึก 0.50 เมตร ความยาวรวม 278.00 เมตร เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการระบายน้ําในพื้นที่ ซอยรุ่งอรุณวิลล์ ซอย 9 บ้านหัวทะเล หมู่ที่ 1 ตำบลหัวทะเล อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการวางท่อระบายน้ํา ค.ส.ล. มอก. ชั้น 3 ขนาดเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง 0.40 เมตร จำนวน 6 ท่อน การตัดถนนคอนกรีตไม่น้อยกว่า 139.00 ตารางเมตร และการก่อสร้างป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการ 1 ป้าย ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการก่อสร้างตามแบบแปลนและมาตรฐานของเทศบาลตําบลหัวทะเล โดยมีข้อกำหนดสำคัญคือ การใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าวัสดุทั้งหมด และเหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณเหล็กที่ใช้ทั้งหมดตามสัญญา การดำเนินงานต้องคำนึงถึงการระบายน้ําออกจากพื้นที่ และการปรับเปลี่ยนแนวท่อประปาและเสาไฟฟ้าให้อยู่ในดุลยพินิจของวิศวกรโครงการหรือนายช่างควบคุมงาน

This project involves the construction of a U-shaped reinforced concrete drainage channel, measuring 0.30 meters wide and 0.50 meters deep, with a total length of 278.00 meters. It also includes the installation of 6 reinforced concrete drainage pipes (TIS standard, Class 3) with a diameter of 0.40 meters, concrete road cutting of at least 139.00 square meters, and the construction of 1 project information signboard. The project is located at Soi Rung Arun Will, Soi 9, Ban Hua Thale, Moo 1, Hua Thale Subdistrict, Mueang District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. Contractors must use at least 60% domestically produced materials and 90% domestically produced steel. The work must comply with the design plans and standards of the Hua Thale Subdistrict Municipality, ensuring proper water drainage and coordination for utility relocation.
