สำนักงานกิจการยุติธรรม (สกธ.) มีความประสงค์จะจ้างเหมาบำรุงรักษาระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อให้ระบบหลักทั้งสามศูนย์ ได้แก่ ศูนย์ OJA, ศูนย์ DXC และศูนย์ NJADC สามารถดำเนินงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ต่อเนื่อง และปลอดภัย ตลอดปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบำรุงรักษาทั้งด้าน Infrastructure และ Application ให้พร้อมรองรับการพัฒนาและนโยบายใหม่ๆ พร้อมจัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน

ขอบเขตงานแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ด้านหลัก ได้แก่ 1) การดำเนินการต่ออายุใบอนุญาตรายปี (License) สำหรับซอฟต์แวร์สำคัญต่างๆ เช่น ระบบความปลอดภัยอีเมล (IronPort), ใบรับรองความปลอดภัย (SSL Certificate), โดเมนเนม, และซอฟต์แวร์เฉพาะทางของแต่ละศูนย์ 2) การบำรุงรักษาห้อง Data Center พร้อมอุปกรณ์ประกอบ เช่น ระบบปรับอากาศ, ระบบดับเพลิง, ระบบตรวจวัด และอุปกรณ์สำรองไฟฟ้า (UPS) 3) การบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์, อุปกรณ์รักษาความปลอดภัย (Firewall, FortiGate), เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่าย (Server), และอุปกรณ์จัดเก็บข้อมูล (Storage) แบบทั้งเชิงป้องกันและแบบ Replace พร้อมบริการสนับสนุน 4) การบำรุงรักษาระบบงานสารสนเทศ (Application) อาทิ ระบบอินทราเน็ต, ระบบเว็บไซต์, ระบบ Back Office, และระบบบริการข้อมูลของศูนย์ DXC รวมถึงการปิดช่องโหว่ความปลอดภัยตามรายงานการทดสอบ

ผู้รับจ้างต้องมีทีมงานไม่น้อยกว่า 4 คน ที่มีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะทาง พร้อมส่งเจ้าหน้าที่มาปฏิบัติงานประจำที่ สกธ. และต้องจัดส่งเอกสารแผนงานและรายงานต่างๆ ตามงวดงานที่กำหนด โครงการนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณ 6,397,000 บาท และใช้เกณฑ์การคัดเลือกข้อเสนอแบบราคาต่ำสุด

The Office of Justice Affairs (OJA) intends to hire a contractor for the comprehensive maintenance of its information technology systems for fiscal year 2026. The project aims to ensure the continuous, efficient, and secure operation of three core IT centers: the OJA Center (internal ICT center), the DXC (Data Exchange Center for justice processes), and the NJADC (National Justice Administration Database Center). The objectives are to maintain both infrastructure and applications, making them ready for future developments and policies, and to produce accurate, up-to-date documentation.

The scope of work is divided into four main areas: 1) Annual License Renewal for critical software such as email security (IronPort), SSL certificates, domain names, and center-specific software. 2) Maintenance of the Data Center room and its components, including air conditioning, fire suppression, monitoring systems, and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS). 3) Maintenance of network equipment, security devices (Firewall, FortiGate), servers, and storage systems, encompassing both preventive maintenance and replacement services with support. 4) Maintenance of information system applications, including the intranet, websites, back-office systems, and DXC data services, along with vulnerability remediation based on security assessment reports.

The contractor must provide a team of at least 4 qualified specialists, station personnel on-site at OJA, and deliver various plans and reports according to specified milestones. The project has a budget of 6,397,000 Thai Baht, and the selection criteria will be based on the lowest price.
