สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการแข่งขันทางการค้า (สกค.) มีความประสงค์ดำเนินโครงการจ้างเหมาบริการบำรุงดูแลรักษาคอมพิวเตอร์ เนื่องจากการเช่าอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์จำนวนมากสิ้นสุดลง และอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดจะตกเป็นทรัพย์สินของสำนักงานฯ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ All-in-One, Workstation, โน้ตบุ๊ก, อุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วง และเครื่องสำรองไฟ (UPS) รวมกว่า 400 รายการ เพื่อป้องกันความเสียหายจากการใช้งานและรักษาประสิทธิภาพการทำงานโดยรวม
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานตลอดเวลา และเพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยผู้รับจ้างจะต้องให้บริการครบวงจร ตั้งแต่การบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน การตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาเมื่อเกิดความขัดข้อง รวมถึงการให้คำปรึกษาและบริการสนับสนุนทางเทคนิค
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่จัดเจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ (IT Support) จำนวน 2 คน ให้ประจำปฏิบัติงานที่สำนักงานฯ ในเวลาราชการ (08.30 - 16.30 น.) เพื่อดูแลรักษาอุปกรณ์ สนับสนุนการใช้งานบุคลากร แก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น และเฝ้าระวังระบบ โครงการมีระยะเวลาดำเนินการทั้งหมด 12 เดือน และจะมีการส่งมอบรายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานเป็นรายเดือน

The Office of Trade Competition Commission (OTCC) intends to hire a contractor for computer maintenance services. This is necessary after the lease period for a large number of computing devices ended, and all equipment (over 400 items including All-in-One PCs, Workstations, laptops, peripherals, and UPS units) will become the property of the OTCC. The project aims to prevent deterioration from use and maintain overall system efficiency.
The objectives are to maintain all computer equipment in a ready-to-use condition and to continuously support staff operations. The contractor must provide comprehensive services, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance for troubleshooting, and technical support services.
A key requirement is the deployment of two (2) on-site IT Support personnel to work at the OTCC office during official hours (08.30 - 16.30) to maintain equipment, assist staff, perform basic troubleshooting, and monitor systems. The total project duration is 12 months, with monthly performance reports to be submitted.
