โครงการจัดซื้อเวชภัณฑ์ยา Sodium chloride 0.9% solution for injection ขนาด 1000 ml ของโรงพยาบาลแหลมฉบัง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อใช้ในการบำบัดรักษาผู้ป่วยภายในโรงพยาบาล ตัวยาประกอบด้วย Sodium chloride 900 mg ในสารละลาย 100 ml ปราศจากเชื้อ ไพโรเจน และสารกันเสีย บรรจุในภาชนะพลาสติก Non-PVC ขนาด 1000 ml มีขีดบอกปริมาตรชัดเจนทั้งระบบปิดและเปิด (Closed and open system) พร้อมที่ว่างบรรจุยาเพิ่มไม่น้อยกว่า 200 ml จุกยางสังเคราะห์ไม่รั่วซึมเมื่อแทงเข็ม

ด้านคุณภาพทางเทคนิค ผลิตภัณฑ์และวัตถุดิบตัวยาสำคัญต้องผ่านการตรวจวิเคราะห์คุณภาพตาม Finished product specification และ Drug substance specification อ้างอิงเภสัชตำรับ USP (ฉบับเทียบเท่าหรือใหม่กว่าตามประกาศกระทรวงสาธารณสุข) ผู้เสนอราคาต้องยื่นเอกสารทะเบียนตํารับยา (พ.ย.2, ท.ย.2 ฯลฯ), ใบรับรองมาตรฐานการผลิต PIC/S GMP, ใบรับรองผลการตรวจวิเคราะห์ (CoA), ผลการศึกษาความคงสภาพระยะยาว (Long-term stability) และส่งตัวอย่างยาจำนวนอย่างน้อย 3 หน่วยบรรจุภัณฑ์เพื่อการพิจารณา ยาที่ส่งมอบต้องมีอายุคงเหลือไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี 6 เดือน (กรณีผลิตในประเทศ) หรือไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี (กรณีนำเข้า)

Procurement of Sodium chloride 0.9% solution for injection 1000 ml for Laem Chabang Hospital to support patient medical treatment. The product must be a sterile, pyrogen-free, and preservative-free solution containing 900 mg of sodium chloride per 100 ml. It must be packaged in a single-use Non-PVC plastic container with clear graduation marks supporting both closed and open systems, featuring a headspace of not less than 200 ml and a leak-proof synthetic rubber stopper.

Technical specifications for both finished product and drug substance must comply with the USP pharmacopoeia standards (in accordance with Ministry of Public Health notifications). Bidders are required to submit drug registration certificates, PIC/S GMP certifications, Certificates of Analysis (CoA), long-term stability study data, and at least 3 sample units. Delivered drugs must have a remaining shelf life of at least 1.5 years for domestic production or at least 1 year for imported products.
