โครงการปรับปรุงเสริมผิวจราจรแอสฟัลท์คอนกรีต บริเวณถนนข้างสนามกีฬาถึงบ้านเลขที่ 28/1 บ้านฝายน้อย หมู่ที่ 9 ตําบลพิชัย อําเภอเมืองลําปาง จังหวัดลําปาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแก้ไขและปรับปรุงพื้นผิวจราจรให้มีความปลอดภัยและใช้งานได้ดีขึ้น โดยจะดำเนินการปูยางแอสฟัลท์คอนกรีตหนาเฉลี่ย 0.05 เมตร กว้างประมาณ 4.00 เมตร ความยาวรวม 254.00 เมตร รวมถึงงานอื่นๆ เช่น การยกบ่อพัก, การตีเส้นจราจร และการปรับระดับผิวทางให้กลมกลืนกับถนนเดิม ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดต่างๆ ที่ระบุใน TOR อย่างเคร่งครัด รวมถึงต้องแสดงหลักฐานการใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศตามสัดส่วนที่กำหนดไว้ นอกจากนี้ผู้รับจ้างต้องมีมาตรการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุในการก่อสร้าง และติดตั้งป้ายเตือน เครื่องหมายจราจร เพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ใช้ถนนและผู้ร่วมงาน

This project aims to improve and upgrade the asphalt concrete pavement on the road alongside the stadium, extending to house number 28/1 in Ban Fai Noi village, Pichai sub-district, Muang Lampang district, Lampang province. The scope includes laying an average of 0.05 meters thick asphalt concrete, approximately 4.00 meters wide and a total length of 254.00 meters, along with other related tasks such as manhole lifting, lane marking, and road level adjustment to blend seamlessly with the existing road. Bidders must strictly adhere to all TOR requirements, including providing evidence of using domestically produced materials according to specified proportions. Furthermore, contractors are required to implement safety measures during construction and install warning signs and traffic markers for the safety of road users and workers.
