โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและเพิ่มความปลอดภัยในการคมนาคมให้แก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่หมู่ที่ 4 ตําบลศรีคีรีมาศ อําเภอคีรีมาศ จังหวัดสุโขทัย โดยเป็นการติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้าแสงสว่างสาธารณะใหม่จำนวน 15 จุด งานประกอบด้วยการติดตั้งเสาเหล็กกลมปลายเรียวชุบกัลวาไนซ์ความสูง 9 เมตร พร้อมโคมไฟ LED ประสิทธิภาพสูงขนาด 90 วัตต์ ซึ่งต้องเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ระบุในบัญชีนวัตกรรมไทย (รหัส 07010034)

นอกจากงานติดตั้งเสาไฟแล้ว ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการขยายเขตไฟฟ้า โดยติดตั้งหม้อแปลงไฟฟ้าขนาด 30 KVA และระบบตู้ควบคุมไฟฟ้าที่ทำจากสแตนเลสเกรด 304 งานระบบไฟฟ้าประกอบด้วยการเดินสายเมนใต้ดินขนาด 3x10 Sq.mm ภายในท่อ HDPE และการติดตั้งระบบสายดินตามมาตรฐาน การดำเนินงานทั้งหมดต้องสอดคล้องกับแนวปฏิบัติของการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค (กฟภ.) และมาตรฐานการติดตั้งทางไฟฟ้าสำหรับประเทศไทย พ.ศ. 2564

เงื่อนไขสำคัญของโครงการคือการสนับสนุนพัสดุที่ผลิตในประเทศ โดยต้องใช้พัสดุในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 และเหล็กที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของมูลค่าโครงการ ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่ประสานงานกับการไฟฟ้าในพื้นที่และรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการขยายเขตตามที่ระบุในสัญญา

This project involves the installation of 15 public street lighting units and the expansion of the electrical distribution system in Village No. 4, Si Khirimat Subdistrict, Khirimat District, Sukhothai Province. The scope includes the installation of 9-meter galvanized tapered steel poles equipped with 90W LED luminaires, which must be registered under the Thai Innovation Account (Code 07010034). The contractor is responsible for the grid expansion, including the installation of a 30 KVA transformer and a stainless steel (Grade 304) control cabinet. The electrical system requires underground wiring using 3x10 Sq.mm cables in HDPE conduits. All works must comply with the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) standards and the Engineering Institute of Thailand (EIT) standards 2021. Key requirements include using at least 60% Thai-made materials and 90% Thai-made steel. The contractor must coordinate with the local PEA for power supply and manage all associated expansion costs.
