การประปานครหลวง (กปน.) เปิดรับข้อเสนอสำหรับ “งานจ้างบํารุงรักษาระบบตรวจสอบช่องโหว่ (Vulnerability Assessment)” โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อรักษาให้อุปกรณ์และระบบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตรวจสอบช่องโหว่ทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดตลอดระยะเวลาสัญญา รวมถึงการต่ออายุลิขสิทธิ์การใช้งานให้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมถึงการให้บริการวิเคราะห์ปัญหา ให้คำปรึกษา และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นกับระบบ รวมถึงการปรับค่าพารามิเตอร์ให้เหมาะสมกับการใช้งาน การตรวจสอบสถานะอุปกรณ์ การอัปเกรดซอฟต์แวร์และอัปเดตแพตช์ให้เป็นรุ่นล่าสุด นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) อย่างน้อย 1 ครั้ง ทุก 4 เดือน โดยเป็นการ On-Site Service เพื่อตรวจสอบความพร้อมของอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมด หากพบความผิดปกติจะต้องรายงานและดำเนินการแก้ไขทันที พร้อมทั้งการบำรุงรักษาเชิงแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance) โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องตอบสนองภายใน 4 ชั่วโมง และเข้าแก้ไขปัญหาในวันทำการถัดไป (5x8 NBD) พร้อมจัดส่งรายงานสรุปภายใน 5 วันทำการ ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดให้มีผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีประสบการณ์ด้านการดูแลระบบตรวจสอบช่องโหว่โดยเฉพาะ สัญญาครอบคลุมค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ค่าต่อลิขสิทธิ์ ค่าอะไหล่ ค่าเดินทาง และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ โดยไม่มีการคิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม ผู้รับจ้างต้องแสดงเอกสารรับรองการเป็นผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้ง ระยะเวลาสัญญาคือ 1 ปี ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2569 ถึง 30 กันยายน 2570 การส่งมอบงานประกอบด้วยแผนการบำรุงรักษา เอกสารลิขสิทธิ์ และรายงานการบำรุงรักษาต่างๆ การจ่ายเงินแบ่งเป็น 3 งวดตามความคืบหน้าของงาน การรับประกันผลงานกำหนดเวลาขัดข้องรวมไม่เกิน 36 ชั่วโมงต่อเดือน หรือ 5% ของเวลาใช้งานทั้งหมด พร้อมอัตราค่าปรับกรณีไม่เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไข

The Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) is seeking bids for the “Maintenance Service for Vulnerability Assessment System” project. The objective is to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the vulnerability assessment system and to renew all necessary software licenses throughout the contract period. The scope of work includes problem analysis, consultation, troubleshooting, system parameter adjustments, software upgrades, and patch updates. Preventive maintenance (PM) must be performed at least once every four months via on-site service, with immediate reporting and resolution of any detected issues. Corrective maintenance (CM) requires a response within 4 hours and on-site repair on the next business day (5x8 NBD), with a summary report submitted within 5 business days. The contractor must provide experienced specialists in vulnerability assessment systems. The contract covers all associated costs, including license renewals, parts, travel, and other expenses, with no additional charges. Bidders must provide documentation as a manufacturer or authorized representative. The contract duration is one year, from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027. Deliverables include a maintenance plan, license documents, and various maintenance reports. Payment will be made in three installments based on project progress. Performance guarantees include a maximum downtime of 36 hours per month or 5% of total operating time, with penalties for non-compliance.
