โครงการติดตั้งตาข่ายกันนก อาคาร ๒ และอาคาร ๓ โรงเรียนองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงสุขอนามัยและรักษาสภาพแวดล้อมภายในสถานศึกษา เนื่องจากผลการสำรวจพบว่ามีนกพิราบเข้ามาอาศัยอยู่เป็นจำนวนมาก ส่งผลให้เกิดความสกปรก กลิ่นเหม็น และความเสี่ยงต่อโรคติดต่อ เช่น โรคไข้หวัดนก นอกจากนี้ มูลนกยังมีฤทธิ์เป็นกรดยูริคที่กัดกร่อนพื้นผิวอาคารให้เสียหาย โครงการนี้จึงกำหนดให้มีการติดตั้งตาข่ายกันนกคุณภาพสูงตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด พร้อมทั้งงานทาสีและทำความสะอาดพื้นที่ให้พร้อมใช้งานสำหรับการเรียนการสอน ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องมีผลงานประเภทเดียวกันและมีบุคลากรวิชาชีพควบคุมงานตามกฎหมาย เพื่อให้งานมีความมั่นคงแข็งแรงและมีทัศนียภาพที่สวยงาม

This project involves the installation of bird netting for Buildings 2 and 3 at the Uttaradit Provincial Administrative Organization School. The initiative aims to address pigeon infestation issues that cause unsanitary conditions, foul odors, and potential health risks such as bird flu. Additionally, the corrosive nature of bird droppings poses a threat to the building’s structural integrity. The scope of work includes the installation of bird nets according to technical specifications, painting, and site cleanup. The project has a total budget of 1,049,500 THB and a completion period of 120 days. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience and provide qualified technical personnel to ensure the quality and safety of the installation.
