เทศบาลตำบลหัวรอ อำเภอเมืองพิษณุโลก จังหวัดพิษณุโลก มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก ซอยข้าราชการ-ลงทุ่ง หมู่ที่ 10 ตำบลหัวรอ เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในพื้นที่ให้ดีขึ้น โดยการปรับปรุงผิวจราจรให้มีความแข็งแรง ทนทานต่อสภาพการใช้งาน และส่งเสริมการคมนาคมให้สะดวกและปลอดภัยยิ่งขึ้น ขอบเขตงานหลักคือการก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก โดยมีรายละเอียดผิวจราจรกว้าง 4.00 เมตร ความยาว 194.00 เมตร และความหนา 0.15 เมตร หรือคิดเป็นพื้นที่ดำเนินการไม่น้อยกว่า 776.00 ตารางเมตร การก่อสร้างนี้จะใช้วัสดุและเทคนิคตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนดไว้ในแบบและรายการประกอบแบบ เพื่อให้มั่นใจในคุณภาพและความคงทนของถนนที่ก่อสร้างขึ้น โครงการนี้คาดว่าจะแล้วเสร็จภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ในสัญญา

The main scope of work involves constructing a reinforced concrete road with a pavement width of 4.00 meters, a length of 194.00 meters, and a thickness of 0.15 meters, or a total operational area of not less than 776.00 square meters. The construction will adhere to specified standards in the drawings and specifications to ensure the quality and durability of the completed road. The project is expected to be completed within the contract period.
