การรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย (รฟท.) มีความประสงค์จะจัดหาห้องพ่นสีหัวรถจักรและรถโดยสาร พร้อมอุปกรณ์ส่วนควบและบริการติดตั้ง จำนวน 2 ห้อง เพื่อใช้งานที่งานซ่อมส่วนบนรถจักร (สบจ.) และแขวงรถพ่วงชุมพร (สรพ.ชพ.) โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงาน ยกระดับคุณภาพการซ่อมบำรุงล้อเลื่อนให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดและมาตรฐาน รวมถึงปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดด้านอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหาและติดตั้งห้องพ่นสีสำหรับหัวรถจักรขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 6x24x5 เมตร ที่ สบจ. และห้องพ่นสีสำหรับรถโดยสารขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 6x25x5 เมตร ที่ สรพ.ชพ. พร้อมอุปกรณ์ส่วนควบทั้งหมดตาม SRT Specification No. SME-48/2568 นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการฝึกอบรมการใช้งาน การบำรุงรักษา และการส่งมอบคู่มือการใช้งาน ผู้เสนอราคาต้องเป็นผู้ผลิตหรือได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่าย มีประวัติผลงานติดตั้งหรือย้ายห้องพ่นสีขนาดไม่ต่ำกว่า 100 ตารางเมตร และโรงงานผู้ผลิตต้องได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO9001 การพิจารณาคัดเลือกใช้เกณฑ์ราคารวม วงเงินงบประมาณ 8,840,000 บาท ระยะเวลาดำเนินการรวม 2 ปี แบ่งการส่งมอบและชำระเงินเป็น 2 งวดงานตามพื้นที่ติดตั้ง โดยมีอัตราค่าปรับร้อยละ 0.20 ต่อวัน และการรับประกันไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี

The State Railway of Thailand (SRT) is seeking to procure and install two paint booths for locomotives and passenger carriages, complete with accessories, for use at the Locomotive Upper Repair Section (Sor Bor Jor) and Chumphon Carriage Section (Sor Ror Por Chor Por). The project aims to enhance operational efficiency and safety, elevate the quality of rolling stock maintenance to meet specified standards, and comply with occupational health and safety regulations. The contractor will be responsible for supplying and installing a paint booth for locomotives (min. 6x24x5 m) at Sor Bor Jor and a paint booth for passenger carriages (min. 6x25x5 m) at Sor Ror Por Chor Por, along with all associated equipment as per SRT Specification No. SME-48/2568. The scope also includes user training, maintenance instruction, and delivery of operation manuals. Bidders must be manufacturers or authorized dealers, possess prior experience in installing or relocating paint booths of at least 100 sq.m., and the manufacturer’s factory must be ISO9001 certified. The selection criteria will be based on the total price. The project budget is 8,840,000 Baht. The overall project duration is 2 years, with delivery and payment divided into two installments based on installation locations. A penalty rate of 0.20% per day applies, and a warranty period of at least 1 year is required.
