การกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทย ดำเนินการจัดจ้างก่อสร้างอาคารศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬา จังหวัดสระแก้ว เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการให้บริการประชาชน ส่งเสริมสุขภาพพลานามัยที่ดีของเยาวชนและประชาชน และพัฒนาบุคลากรให้มีประสิทธิภาพ อาคารดังกล่าวจะใช้เป็นศูนย์กลางด้านวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬาสำหรับนักกีฬา และให้บริการแก่หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง โครงการนี้ใช้งบประมาณรายจ่ายประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2564 โดยดำเนินการด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) ผู้สนใจจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนด รวมถึงมีผลงานก่อสร้างอาคารสาธารณะตามกฎหมายควบคุมอาคารที่มีวิศวกรรมและสถาปัตยกรรมควบคุมตามที่ระบุในเอกสารประกวดราคา โดยมีวงเงินผลงานไม่น้อยกว่า 14,590,500 บาท และต้องมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการหรือทุนจดทะเบียนตามที่กำหนด ระยะเวลาก่อสร้าง 330 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา การพิจารณาผู้ชนะจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคาเป็นสำคัญ
