สำนักงานอัยการสูงสุดมีความประสงค์จัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์สำหรับห้องไกล่เกลี่ยและประนอมข้อพิพาท จำนวน 20 รายการ เพื่อติดตั้ง ณ สำนักงานอัยการคุ้มครองสิทธิและช่วยเหลือทางกฎหมายและการบังคับคดีจังหวัดปราจีนบุรี และสาขากบินทร์บุรี โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อยกระดับการทำงานด้วยระบบเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล (Smart Meeting) รองรับการประชุมทางไกลผ่านโปรแกรมต่างๆ เช่น Zoom, Google Meet, Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Teams เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงาน อำนวยความสะดวกในการให้บริการประชาชน ลดขั้นตอนการเดินทาง และสนับสนุนการไต่สวนคดีคุ้มครองสิทธิทางศาลผ่านระบบออนไลน์ ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการจัดหาระบบและอุปกรณ์ อาทิ กล้อง PTZ Video Conference, คอมพิวเตอร์ All-in-One, ระบบปฏิบัติการ, โปรแกรมจัดการสำนักงาน, โปรแกรมป้องกันไวรัส, เครื่องสำรองไฟฟ้า, เครื่องพิมพ์, เครื่องสแกนเนอร์, Wireless Router, LED TV ขนาด 55 นิ้ว, เครื่องผสมเสียง, ชุดควบคุมและจ่ายไฟชุดประชุม, ชุดไมค์ประชุมสำหรับประธานและผู้ร่วมประชุม, USB Sound Card, USB Hub, ชุดลำโพง, Capture card, ตู้แร็คเก็บอุปกรณ์ รวมถึงงานติดตั้งที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น การเดินสายสัญญาณ LAN, สายสัญญาณไมค์และภาพ, สายไฟฟ้า, ปลั๊ก, งานเก็บฝ้า, และการติดตั้งขาแขวนทีวี วงเงินงบประมาณสำหรับโครงการนี้คือ 937,942.50 บาท

The Supreme Prosecutors Office intends to procure 20 types of equipment for mediation and dispute resolution rooms at the Prachin Buri Provincial Office for the Protection of Rights and Legal Aid and its Kabin Buri branch. This project aims to enhance operational efficiency through a Digital Technology System (Smart Meeting), supporting remote conferences via platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, Cisco WebEx, and Microsoft Teams. The objective is to improve service delivery to the public, reduce travel burdens, and facilitate online legal rights protection case inquiries. The scope includes the procurement of PTZ Video Conference Cameras, All-in-One Computers, operating systems, office software, antivirus software, UPS, printers, scanners, Wireless Routers, 55-inch LED TVs, conference audio systems, control units, conference microphones (for chairpersons and participants), USB Sound Cards, USB Hubs, speakers, capture cards, equipment racks, and associated installation services such as LAN cabling, microphone and video signal cabling, electrical wiring, power outlets, ceiling work, and TV bracket installation. The total budget for this project is 937,942.50 Baht.
