เทศบาลตําบลหนองปลาไหล จังหวัดชลบุรี ได้จัดสรรงบประมาณ 636,000 บาท เพื่อดําเนินโครงการปรับปรุงถนนแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีต พร้อมระบบระบายน้ํา บริเวณหน้าวัดหนองเกตุน้อย หมู่ที่ 5 ตําบลหนองปลาไหล อําเภอบางละมุง โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาถนนชํารุดเสียหายจากฝนตก ซึ่งเป็นสาเหตุของอุบัติเหตุและความเดือดร้อนของประชาชนในพื้นที่ รวมถึงการพัฒนาเส้นทางคมนาคมให้ได้มาตรฐานและอํานวยความสะดวกในการสัญจรของประชาชน

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการปรับปรุงถนนแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีต (ปูทับ) โดยมีความหนาไม่น้อยกว่า 0.05 เมตร หรือคิดเป็นปริมาณพื้นที่ถนนไม่น้อยกว่า 430.00 ตารางเมตร และหรือตามสภาพพื้นที่จริง นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการก่อสร้างระบบระบายน้ํา และการติดตั้งป้ายโครงการตามแบบรูปรายการที่เทศบาลกําหนด ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดําเนินการก่อสร้างให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 90 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญาจ้าง การพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาต่ําสุด โดยผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กําหนด เช่น มีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 40% ของงบประมาณโครงการ และมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการเป็นบวกต่อเนื่อง
