โครงการจัดซื้อรถฟาร์มแทรกเตอร์พร้อมอุปกรณ์ พร้อมเครื่องตัดหญ้าไหล่ทาง โดยเทศบาลตำบลกุดน้ำใส มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อยกระดับการให้บริการประชาชนในพื้นที่ ปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์ให้สวยงาม และสนับสนุนภารกิจตามอำนาจหน้าที่ของเทศบาล การจัดซื้อครั้งนี้มีงบประมาณ 3,050,000 บาท โดยมีรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะของรถฟาร์มแทรกเตอร์ที่สำคัญ เช่น เครื่องยนต์ดีเซลไม่น้อยกว่า 90 แรงม้า ระบบเกียร์เดินหน้า/ถอยหลังไม่น้อยกว่า 12 เกียร์ ระบบไฮดรอลิคที่สามารถยกน้ำหนักได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 1,970 กิโลกรัม และติดตั้งชุดเครื่องตัดหญ้าไหล่ทางแบบแขนบูมที่สามารถทำงานได้หลากหลายรูปแบบ มีความกว้างในการตัดไม่น้อยกว่า 1 เมตร และยื่นได้ไกลไม่น้อยกว่า 4 เมตร ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามกฎหมาย เป็นผู้มีอาชีพขายสินค้าดังกล่าว และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP การพิจารณาคัดเลือกจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาเป็นหลัก โดยมีกำหนดระยะเวลายืนราคา 120 วัน และกำหนดส่งมอบภายใน 90 วันหลังลงนามสัญญา พร้อมการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี
