สำนักงานอัยการสูงสุดมีความประสงค์จะปรับปรุงสถานที่ปฏิบัติงานแห่งใหม่สำหรับสำนักงานคดีปกครองนครราชสีมา เนื่องจากสถานที่เดิมมีความแออัด โดยใช้พื้นที่ราชพัสดุ (เดิมเป็นโรงเรียนบ้านโคกไผ่-ขนาย) ขนาดพื้นที่ 2-1-11 ไร่ โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาที่ทำการที่มีพื้นที่เพียงพอ ปลอดภัย และสะดวกต่อการติดต่อราชการ

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการรื้อถอนอาคารเดิม 7 รายการ (อาคารไม้ อาคารเรียน ค.ส.ล. และห้องน้ำ) และงานปรับปรุงอาคารหลัก 2 หลัง ได้แก่ อาคารอเนกประสงค์ และอาคาร ค.ส.ล. 2 ชั้น รวมถึงงานก่อสร้างป้อมยาม เสาธง รั้วด้านหน้า และงานปรับปรุงผังบริเวณ (งานถนนและระบบระบายน้ำ) นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงงานติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้ากำลัง ระบบประปา ระบบปรับอากาศ กล้องวงจรปิด และงานจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์สำนักงาน

ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 2,000,000 บาท (สัญญาเดียว) และต้องมีบุคลากรวิชาชีพตามที่กำหนด เช่น สถาปนิกและวิศวกรโยธา การพิจารณาตัดสินใช้เกณฑ์ราคา โดยให้สิทธิพิเศษแก่ผู้ประกอบการ SMEs และนิติบุคคลไทยตามระเบียบ

The Office of the Attorney General is seeking a contractor for the renovation of the new Nakhon Ratchasima Administrative Litigation Office and its supporting structures, located in Ban Ko Subdistrict, Nakhon Ratchasima. With a budget of 9,999,000 THB, the project aims to address the overcrowding of the current office by repurposing a former school site. The scope of work includes the demolition of 7 existing structures and the comprehensive renovation of a multipurpose building and a 2-story reinforced concrete building. The project also covers site improvements, fencing, electrical and plumbing systems, HVAC, CCTV, and office furniture installation. The contract duration is 360 days, with payments divided into 7 installments. Bidders must be legal entities with a proven track record in similar construction projects worth at least 2,000,000 THB in a single contract. Evaluation will be based on the Price Criteria, with preferences given to Thai SMEs and domestic companies.
