โครงการติดตั้งที่กั้นกันตกแบบถาวรสำหรับอาคารผู้ป่วยใน โรงพยาบาลแม่สาย จังหวัดเชียงราย มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยของอาคาร (Safety Improvement) โดยเน้นการติดตั้งในจุดเสี่ยงที่อาจเกิดการพลัดตก ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมพื้นที่หลายส่วนของอาคาร ได้แก่ ห้องผู้ป่วยรวม 8 เตียง, ห้องผู้ป่วยพิเศษ, ระเบียง, โถงลิฟท์, ห้องเตรียมยา, และพื้นที่ซักล้าง (Janitor) ตั้งแต่ชั้นล่างจนถึงชั้นหลังคา

This project involves the installation of permanent safety barriers and railings for the Inpatient Building at Mae Sai Hospital, Chiang Rai. The primary objective is to enhance safety and prevent falls within the facility. The scope covers multiple areas from the 1st floor to the 7th floor and the rooftop water tank level, including 8-bed patient wards, private rooms, balconies, elevator halls, and janitor rooms.

The construction utilizes high-quality materials such as 2"x4" and 2"x2" steel box sections (2.3 mm thickness) with anti-rust coating, 3/4"x2" aluminum slats, and 6 mm thick steel plates secured with expansion bolts. The project also includes the installation of heavy-duty sliding barrier systems using Hafele (or equivalent) hardware, including tracks capable of supporting 60-100 kg and Symo Push Locks. All installations must strictly adhere to the provided engineering specifications and architectural drawings.
