โครงการขยายกำลังการผลิตน้ำประปาโรงผลิตน้ำประปาเขาเต่า เป็นโครงการของเทศบาลนครหัวหินที่มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการผลิตน้ำประปาให้เพียงพอต่อความต้องการของประชาชนในพื้นที่ โดยกำหนดให้มีการติดตั้งระบบผลิตน้ำประปาแบบ Mobile Plant Unit ที่มีกำลังการผลิตสุทธิไม่น้อยกว่า 150 ลูกบาศก์เมตรต่อชั่วโมง (ไม่รวมน้ำสูญเสีย)

ขอบเขตงานมีความครบวงจร เริ่มจากการสำรวจและออกแบบรายละเอียด (Detailed Design) ทางวิศวกรรมทุกสาขา ได้แก่ โยธา โครงสร้าง เครื่องกล ไฟฟ้า และสุขาภิบาล งานก่อสร้างรวมถึงงานฐานรากและโครงสร้างรองรับ การจัดหาและติดตั้งเครื่องจักรสำคัญ เช่น ระบบสูบน้ำดิบพร้อมเครื่องวัดอัตราการไหล ระบบตกตะกอนแบบ Tube Settler ระบบกรองทรายชนิดแรงโน้มถ่วง ระบบจ่ายสารเคมี (PAC และ Polymer) และระบบฆ่าเชื้อด้วยคลอรีนแก๊ส

นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้า หม้อแปลงไฟฟ้า และระบบควบคุมอัตโนมัติ SCADA และ PLC เพื่อประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารจัดการน้ำ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการติดตั้งโดยไม่ให้กระทบต่อระบบการผลิตเดิมของโรงผลิตน้ำเขาเต่า และต้องปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานของการประปาส่วนภูมิภาค (กปภ.) อย่างเคร่งครัด

The Hua Hin Municipality is seeking a contractor for the expansion of the Khao Tao Water Treatment Plant’s production capacity. The project involves the design, procurement, and installation of a Mobile Plant Unit with a minimum capacity of 150 cu.m./hr. The scope includes detailed engineering design (civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical), foundation work, and the installation of key components such as raw water pumping systems, tube settler sedimentation tanks, gravity sand filters, chemical dosing systems (PAC/Polymer), and chlorine gas disinfection systems. Additionally, the project covers electrical system upgrades, transformer installation, and the implementation of SCADA and PLC automation. The contractor must ensure that the installation process does not interrupt existing water production and adheres to the Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA) standards.
