โครงการจัดซื้อวัสดุห้ามเลือดสำหรับการผ่าตัด จํานวน 5 กลุ่ม ภายใต้การดูแลของโรงพยาบาลราชวิถี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาวัสดุห้ามเลือดที่มีคุณภาพสูง ใช้ในงานศัลยกรรมต่าง ๆ ทั้งการผ่าตัดทั่วไปและผ่าตัดผ่านกล้อง เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการควบคุมการเสียเลือด ลดภาวะแทรกซ้อน และยกระดับความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย โดยวัสดุทั้ง 5 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มที่ 1 แผ่นตาข่ายบาง (Oxidized Cellulose), กลุ่มที่ 2 แผ่นเส้นใย, กลุ่มที่ 3 แผ่นหนา, กลุ่มที่ 4 แผ่นนุ่มสำหรับผ่าตัดผ่านกล้อง, และกลุ่มที่ 5 เจลาติน รวมถึงกลุ่มที่ 6 วัสดุห้ามเลือดสำหรับกระดูก (Bone Wax) ทุกชิ้นต้องผลิตจากวัสดุชีวภาพที่มีคุณสมบัติละลายได้ในร่างกาย ไม่ก่อให้เกิดปฏิกิริยาต่อเนื้อเยื่อ และต้องผ่านการรับรองคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานสากล โครงการนี้จัดซื้อผ่านระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) ภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของกรมบัญชีกลาง วงเงินจัดซื้อไม่เกิน 500 ล้านบาท ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามกฎหมายไทย ได้แก่ ต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่จดทะเบียนถูกต้อง มีทุนจดทะเบียนตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด มีผลงานการจัดหาหรือจัดจ้างในโครงการที่เกี่ยวข้อง และต้องไม่เป็นผู้ทิ้งงานหรืออยู่ระหว่างการเลิกกิจการ รวมถึงต้องมีหนังสือรับรองจากหน่วยงานผู้ว่าจ้าง พร้อมเอกสารประกอบการยื่นข้อเสนอครบถ้วน ทั้งนี้ โครงการนี้มีความสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพบริการทางการแพทย์ในโรงพยาบาลรัฐ และส่งเสริมการใช้วัสดุทางการแพทย์ที่มีคุณภาพสูง ปลอดภัย และเป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม

The procurement project for 5 groups of hemostatic materials for surgical procedures at Rajavithi Hospital aims to supply high-quality surgical hemostats used in various surgical operations, including general surgery and laparoscopic surgery. The project focuses on improving blood control efficiency, reducing complications, and enhancing patient safety. The 5 groups include: Group 1 - Thin mesh (Oxidized Cellulose), Group 2 - Fiber sheets, Group 3 - Thick sheets, Group 4 - Soft sheets for laparoscopic surgery, Group 5 - Gelatin-based materials, and Group 6 - Bone wax for bone hemostasis. All materials must be biocompatible, biodegradable, and non-toxic, produced from biological materials that dissolve in the body without adverse tissue reactions. The procurement is conducted via the electronic government procurement system (e-GP) under the supervision of the Department of Treasury, with a budget not exceeding 500 million baht. Bidders must meet Thai legal requirements, including proper registration, capitalization according to project value, prior experience in similar projects, and certification from authorized suppliers. This project is crucial for improving medical service quality in public hospitals and promoting the use of safe, high-quality, and environmentally friendly medical materials.
