โครงการจัดซื้อสายตัดชิ้นเนื้อในท่อทางเดินอาหาร (Biopsy Forceps) จำนวน 2,900 ชิ้น ของสถาบันมะเร็งแห่งชาติ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้แพทย์และบุคลากรทางการแพทย์มีอุปกรณ์เครื่องมือแพทย์ที่จำเป็นและมีประสิทธิภาพสูงในการตรวจวินิจฉัยและรักษาผู้ป่วยโรคระบบทางเดินอาหาร ที่มีอาการผิดปกติ เช่น เนื้องอก รอยโรค หรือมะเร็ง ซึ่งต้องอาศัยกระบวนการตัดชิ้นเนื้อเพื่อส่งตรวจทางพยาธิวิทยาอย่างแม่นยำ รายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะสำคัญได้แก่ ตัวสายหุ้มด้วยสารเคลือบเพื่อความลื่น ปากคีบกว้างไม่น้อยกว่า 2.2 มม. ความยาวสายไม่น้อยกว่า 230 ซม. ใช้ร่วมกับกล้องส่องตรวจขนาด Working Channel ไม่น้อยกว่า 2.8 มม. ชนิดไม่มีปลายเข็ม (Without Spike) และผ่านการฆ่าเชื้อพร้อมใช้งานทันที ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามระเบียบการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐ มีฐานะการเงินมั่นคง มีหนังสือรับรองจาก อย. และมาตรฐาน ISO 13485 ดำเนินการจัดส่งภายใน 120 วัน โดยใช้เกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุดในการพิจารณาคัดเลือก

Key specifications include a coated catheter for smooth insertion, a jaw width of at least 2.2 mm, a working length of not less than 230 cm, compatibility with a minimum 2.8 mm working channel, spike-free jaws, and pre-sterilization. The total budget is 1,015,000 Baht, with a delivery period of 120 days and evaluation based on the lowest price criterion.
