การประปานครหลวง (กปน.) มีความประสงค์จะจ้างงานก่อสร้างวางท่อประปาและงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในพื้นที่สำนักงานประปาสาขาสุขสวัสดิ์ ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณทั้งสิ้น 1,177,000.00 บาท (หนึ่งล้านหนึ่งแสนเจ็ดหมื่นเจ็ดพันบาทถ้วน) ซึ่งรวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มแล้ว โครงการนี้มีความสำคัญในการขยายและปรับปรุงระบบการจ่ายน้ำประปา เพื่อให้สามารถบริการน้ำประปาได้อย่างทั่วถึง เพียงพอ และมีคุณภาพแก่ประชาชนในเขตพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการก่อสร้างให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 90 วัน นับถัดจากวันที่ได้รับหนังสือแจ้งให้เริ่มทำงานจากผู้จัดการสำนักงานประปาสาขาสุขสวัสดิ์

คุณสมบัติของผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอเน้นไปที่ผู้ประกอบการที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านงานก่อสร้างระบบประปา โดยต้องขึ้นทะเบียนงานก่อสร้างสาขาระบบประปาประเภทงานก่อสร้างวางท่อประปาขนาดไม่เกิน 1,800 มิลลิเมตร กับกรมบัญชีกลาง หรือขึ้นทะเบียนงานวางท่อจ่ายน้ำกับท่อบริการของ กปน. นอกจากนี้ยังต้องมีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันมูลค่าไม่น้อยกว่า 110,000.00 บาท และมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการหรือทุนจดทะเบียนตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด การพิจารณาคัดเลือกจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคาเป็นสำคัญ โดยมีนโยบายส่งเสริมผู้ประกอบการ SMEs ที่เสนอราคาสูงกว่าราคาต่ำสุดไม่เกินร้อยละ 10

The Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) is inviting bids for the construction of water pipelines and related works through an e-bidding process (No. WTH14-28-69). The project, with a budget of 1,177,000.00 Baht (including VAT), aims to expand and improve water supply services in the Sukh Sawat branch office area, ensuring widespread, sufficient, and quality water distribution.
