โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดซื้อวัสดุไฟฟ้าและวิทยุ จำนวน 35 รายการ โดยกองช่าง ฝ่ายการโยธา เทศบาลเมืองสุรินทร์ มีความจำเป็นต้องจัดซื้อเพื่อนำไปใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานซ่อมแซม บำรุงรักษา ติดตั้งเพิ่มเติม และทดแทนอุปกรณ์เดิมที่ชำรุด เพื่อให้ระบบไฟฟ้าแสงสว่างสาธารณะสามารถใช้งานได้ตามปกติ และเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกและความปลอดภัยแก่ประชาชนในการสัญจร รวมถึงการใช้ในงานประเพณีต่างๆ ในเขตเทศบาลเมืองสุรินทร์ ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลหรือบุคคลธรรมดาที่มีอาชีพขายพัสดุประเภทดังกล่าว มีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามกฎหมายและระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง ไม่เป็นผู้มีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกัน และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP พร้อมทั้งยื่นแค็ตตาล็อกและรายละเอียดราคาสินค้าตามที่กำหนด ระยะเวลาส่งมอบพัสดุให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 30 วันทำการหลังลงนามในสัญญา ราคากลางในการจัดซื้ออยู่ที่ 2,936,207.33 บาท โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณคงเหลือ 3,125,300 บาท การจ่ายเงินจะเป็นแบบงวดเดียวหลังส่งมอบพัสดุถูกต้องครบถ้วน มีอัตราค่าปรับ 0.20% ต่อวัน และรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่อง 60 วัน

This project involves the procurement of 35 types of electrical and radio materials by the Engineering Department of Surin Municipality. These materials are needed for repair, maintenance, additional installation, and replacement of existing damaged equipment, as well as for use in various municipal events. The objectives are to ensure the normal operation of public lighting and to enhance convenience and safety for citizens. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, register in the e-GP system, and submit product catalogs and detailed pricing. The delivery period is 30 working days after contract signing. The estimated central price is 2,936,207.33 Baht, with a remaining budget of 3,125,300 Baht. Payment will be made in a lump sum after complete and correct delivery. A penalty of 0.20% per day will be applied for late delivery, and a 60-day warranty against defects is required.
