โครงการก่อสร้างถนนลาดยางสายเลียบคลองโคน (ต่อจากของเดิม) หมู่ 5 ตำบลยกกระบัตร เป็นโครงการภายใต้แผนงานอุตสาหกรรมและการโยธา ของเทศบาลตำบลหลักห้า อำเภอบ้านแพ้ว จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านคมนาคมในพื้นที่ให้มีความสะดวกและปลอดภัยต่อการสัญจรของประชาชน โดยมีรายละเอียดงานก่อสร้างถนนลาดยางผิวจราจรกว้าง 4 เมตร ระยะทางรวม 195 เมตร ใช้งบประมาณในการดำเนินโครงการทั้งสิ้น 747,800 บาท (เจ็ดแสนสี่หมื่นเจ็ดพันแปดร้อยบาทถ้วน) ซึ่งเป็นการดำเนินการตามงบประมาณรายจ่ายประจำปี พ.ศ. 2568 ของเทศบาลตำบลหลักห้า ทั้งนี้ โครงการอยู่ระหว่างขั้นตอนการแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการจัดทำแบบรูปรายการงานก่อสร้างและกำหนดราคากลาง เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปตามพระราชบัญญัติการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างและการบริหารพัสดุภาครัฐ พ.ศ. 2560 และระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างเคร่งครัด

The total budget for this project is 747,800 THB.
