กรมที่ดินมีความจำเป็นต้องจัดหาใบอนุญาตใช้งาน Google Maps Platform และ Google Cloud Platform ระยะเวลา 3 เดือน 15 วัน เพื่อต่ออายุการใช้งานระบบ LandsMaps ซึ่งเป็นระบบให้บริการค้นหาตำแหน่งรูปแปลงที่ดินด้วยระบบภูมิสารสนเทศทางอินเทอร์เน็ต เพื่อให้ประชาชนสามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลที่ดินได้อย่างสะดวก รวดเร็ว ลดความจำเป็นในการเดินทางมาติดต่อสำนักงานที่ดิน การจัดหาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสนับสนุนการแสดงผลข้อมูลเชิงพื้นที่ เช่น ภาพถ่ายดาวเทียม ตำแหน่งสถานที่สำคัญ เส้นทาง และมุมมอง Street View ควบคู่ไปกับการแสดงผลรูปแปลงที่ดินของกรมที่ดิน นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นการจัดหาเครื่องมือ AI (Google Cloud Platform) เพื่อใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบ LandsMaps ให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น การดำเนินการนี้จะช่วยสนับสนุนการปรับปรุงกระบวนการบริหารงานที่ดิน เพิ่มความโปร่งใส และส่งผลดีต่อการจัดอันดับความยาก-ง่ายในการประกอบธุรกิจ (Ease of Doing Business) ด้านการจดทะเบียนทรัพย์สินของประเทศไทย โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 1,500,000 บาท

The Department of Lands needs to procure Google Maps Platform and Google Cloud Platform licenses for a duration of 3 months and 15 days to support the LandsMaps system. This system provides land parcel location search services via the internet using geospatial information. The procurement aims to ensure continuous service for the public, support the display of land parcel data, satellite imagery, routes, and Street View, and leverage AI tools for system enhancement. This initiative is crucial for improving land administration transparency, supporting Thailand’s Ease of Doing Business ranking in property registration, and fostering a better business and investment environment. The budget allocated for this project is 1,500,000 Baht.
